Located in heart of not a great area, was using it as a stopover rest on way to Bangkok, staff was absolutely terrific, very helpful and quick, lobby of marble and elegance, Room was nice, heated bidet toilet, always nice, but it ends there.
The room smelled of sewage most of the night, so bad that at one point I was trying to open windows to just to breath.
I solved the issue by running water in the sink, shower and tub. That finally stopped it. The water had dried up in the p traps due to lack of use and the smell of sewage was venting into the room because no water to “trap” the smell. Headed out the next day hoping not to come down with Leptospirosis or Hepatitis. One more thing, pillow comforter was nice, mattress was a hard as a board.
