  • Located in a quiet residential neighborhood on a hill, just a 7-minute walk from the historic center, a spacious vacation rental awaits you—one that has been furnished with great care. You’ll feel right at home here. The highlight of this fully equipped vacation rental is the unique view of the coast and the volcano. The renovated apartment (approx. 90 square meters) features 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a bright and spacious living/dining area, a kitchen, and an enclosed veranda that’s perfect for relaxing on even when the weather isn’t ideal. From the southwest-facing balcony, you can look out over the small mountain village of Castelmola. The second balcony, facing southeast, offers a breathtaking direct view of the coast and Mount Etna—the absolute highlight of the apartment. The Corso Umberto (Porta Catania), a popular promenade lined with numerous restaurants and cafes, is just a few minutes’ walk away. There is a bus stop near the apartment.

Passé un très bon séjour de longue durée (24 fev-23 mars) dans ce logement. Il est confortable, lumineux et très agréable à vivre. La véranda est un vrai plus, avec sa vue magnifique, appréciable en toute saison, même lorsqu’il pleut.Le logement est très bien situé avec accès facile à l’arrêt de l’autobus. Il est également très bien situé, avec un accès rapide à l’épicerie. Elizabeth est une hôte très attentionnée et disponible pour répondre à nos questions. Nous recommandons ce logement sans hésiter.

Es un lugar mágico, la anfitriona Elizabeth fue súper atenta desde el momento de la reserva, siempre en comunicación, nos esperó en el apartamento y nos mostro todas las amenidades, el apartamento es súper grande y cómodo, está en excelente ubicación, caminando llegas a todos los lugares, hay un mercado cerca, en persona este apartamento es más de lo que vemos en las fotos, las vistas al volcán Etna son de lujo, la vista al mar y el atardecer es de sueño, nos dejó para comer deliciosos productos Sicilianos, un mapa del lugar para saber cómo usar el bus o cómo ir a todos los lugares, siempre a diario nos ayudaba con recomendaciones vía WhatsApp, este apartamento es bellísimo, cómodo y súper limpio, todos los electrodomésticos le funcionan perfectamente tiene aire acondicionado, wifi y lo que dice en la descripción es completamente cierto, nosotros viajamos con nuestra hija de 6 años y fue mágico y acogedor, lo recomiendo 100% para tu estancia en la hermosa Toarmina.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, es war ein toller Empfang mit Willkommenspaket :) in einer super ausgestatteten Wohnung mit einem traumhaften Blick - besonders auf den Ätna mit all seinen Farben!

Absolutely brilliant

The property is absolutely wonderful, and Elisabeth is the best host anyone could ask for. The apartment is very spacious with all amenities and lovely terraces to sit out on and enjoy the views. Elisabeth is so helpful and open to questions and queries, and she gave us so many brilliant recommendations. A fabulous stay in beautiful Taormina!

Wir hatten einen unvergesslich schönen Urlaub bei Elisabeth. Die Wohnung hat einen traumhaften Ausblick und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Elisabeth war so hilfsbereit und hat uns unseren Urlaub mit vielen Tipps, Organisation und einem großen Willkommenspaket versüßt. Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit. Auch die Kinder waren begeistert. Absolute Empfehlung. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir kamen spät abends an. Die Gastgeberin war aber Vorort und hat uns liebevoll empfangen. Für die ersten Tage hatte Sie schon alles besorgt (Brot, Käse, Wurst, Getränke,.....) so dass wir in Ruhe ankommen konnten. Die Wohnung war voll ausgestattet und sauber. Alle denkbaren Geräte waren vorhanden und intakt. Der Weg ins Zentrum von Taormina ist kurz (10 Min). Ein gut sortiertes Lebensmittelgeschäft ist in 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Ein Auto wird im Ort und für die nähere Umgebung nicht benötigt. Der Ausblick auf das Ionische Meer und den Ätna ist fantastisch. Tips für Ausflüge und Touren, die wir von der Gastgeberin erhielten trafen voll zu. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen

Uns erwartete eine voll ausgestattete Ferienwohnung in traumhafter Lage. Vom Frühstücksbalkon ein traumhafter Blick aufs Mittelmeer und den Etna. Die Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen, voll ausgestattet mit sämtlichem Küchenzubehör, so dass wir auch wirklich kochen konnten, Handtüchern, zusätzlicher Bettwäsche und Decken. Auch der Kühlschrank war für die ersten Tage gefüllt, so dass wir erstmal in Ruhe ankommen konnten. Auch im Laufe des Urlaubs lag unser Gastgeberin Elisabedda unser Wohl am Herzen, sie gab uns immer wieder Ausflugs-Tipps und vermittelte auch den Kontakt zu einem Tour-Guide. Wir fühlten uns rundherum wohl und können die Wohnung und unsere Gastgeberin nur empfehlen.Es gab nur ein kleines Manko, was aber nichts mit der Ferienwohnung zu tun hat, in Taormina ist es mit Parkplätzen schlecht bestellt. Man sollte sich hier wirklich vorab informieren und sich vor allem nicht am Flughafen ein größeres Auto als das gebuchte aufschwatzen lassen, was unser Fehler war. Aber dies Problem konnten wir mit Elisabeddas Hilfe lösen. Unterhalb der Ferienwohnung gibt es einen Bezahl-Parkplatz mit Shuttletaxi bis zur Ferienwohnung, sehr unkompliziert. Alles in allem eine unbedingt weiter zu empfehlende Unterkunft.

The apartment has a fantastic view to Etna and Taormina harbor area. Short distance to the center of Taormina. Apartment was well equipped and everything worked. Part of the balcony was a closed glass terrace (with adjustable opening), which was an advantage when the weather was less than good. The pictures in the ad reflect reality. The host was exceptionally helpful. Can be highly recommended.

Wow, wow, wow!First of all, let me start with the apartment: the pictures don’t do justice to the beauty of this place and the panoramic views from this corner unit. The host has gone above and beyond to make sure that nothing is missing and I am actually struggling to come up with anything missing. The location is simply perfect and close to Porta Catania and the apartment is extremely clean. Now, the best part is Elizabeth, the host. She is such a wonderful woman, welcoming you with a fridge full of food and some wine. But that’s not it, she is super responsive and very knowledgeable about the area and Sicily itself.My only regret is that I couldn’t stay longer, but I will be back. My stay at Elizabeth’s has been one of the highlights of my trip. I am already looking forward to coming back and I couldn’t recommend her enough.

Wir können uns nur ganz herzlich bei Elisabeth für alles bedanken, für den Erstkontakt nach unserer Anfrage, für ihre Empfehlungen vor der Reise, für den herzlichen Empfang in der wunderschönen Wohnung, für den delikat gefüllten Kühlschrank, inklusive Getränke, frischem Obst und Gemüse, für den kurzfristig organisierten Parkplatz in der Nachbarschaft und dann vor allem für ihre Empfehlungen und Organisation der Ausflüge mit Hendrik zum Ätna und mit Enzo's Boot an der Küste vor Taormina. Elisabeth ist eine sehr sympathische, hilfsbereite Frau. Sie hat uns vom Bahnhof abgeholt und auch wieder gebracht...trotz anderer Termine, die sie hatte.In der geräumigen Wohnung fanden wir einen gut gefüllten Kühlschrank vor, mit allem Nötigen und auch einigen Leckereien. Der Blick von der Terrasse auf Etna (wenn er sich zeigt!) und das Meer ist superschön. Wir haben auch sehr den Wintergarten genossen, wenn es mal geregnet hat. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und ruhig.Die Kommunikation mit Elisabeth war einwandfrei, sie hat immer sofort geantwortet, hat uns gute Tipps gegeben. Auch die von ihr organisierte Tour zum Ätna hat uns sehr gut gefallen!War eine sehr gute Entscheidung, uns bei ihr einzuquartieren!!!

Dreams come true in Taormina

You will find no better place to stay in Taormina, because of the apartment and certainly because of host Elisabeth.The accommodation has everything: a great bed, fully equipped kitchen and airco in two rooms. The balcony and winter garden are so amazing and from there you have such a beautiful view of the Etna that you almost don't want to leave the apartment at all. At the same time, near the apartment you will find the centre of Taormina and it is a delight to stroll around its streets as well.Elisabeth truly is an amazing person. She picked us up from the train station, gave us great tips for activities and got us (since she asked about our food choices) a kitchen filled with the most delicious vegan food. We even went on a day trip together which was so much fun and we're forever grateful for that. We found staying at Elisabeth's apartment better than a luxury hotel. To say booking this accommodation is worth every penny, is a complete understatement.

Great Space even Greater host!

I had a wonderful stay here. First and foremost the host Elisabeth may have been the most caring host I have ever met. I would say we are friends now. She greeted me, left me wonderful bottles of wine and champagne. Left food in the fridge. And was available for anything that I needed. The most attentive host ever!. The condo is in a great central location with incredible views. There was a heatwave when I was there and the AC in both the living area and master bedroom worked perfectly. Views from balcony were outstanding. No need for a car here, you can walk everywhere. I highly recommend this condo and the wonderful host Elisabeth!

Tolle Ferienwohnung mit ganz hervorragender Gastgeberin

Die Ferienwohnung mit dem herrlichen Ausblick auf den Ätna und die Küste können wir wärmstens allen Sizilienreisenden empfehlen. Nicht nur das schöne Apartment hatte uns von Anfang an begeistert, sondern auch die vielen, wirklich vielen kleineren und größeren Dinge, die unsere Gastgeberin Elisabeth für unseren Aufenthalt vorbereitet hatte. Nicht nur der gut gefüllte Kühlschrank, die Weine und diversen Lebensmittel und Süßigkeiten hatten uns tagelang versorgt, sondern auch die frischen Früchte waren sehr lecker. Und wir bekamen sogar mehrmals Nachschub, auch für unsere Weiterreise in den Westen der Insel. Ebenfalls außergewöhnlich war der hervorragende Service, den Elisabeth schon vor Antritt der Reise sowie während des gesamten Aufenthalts und sogar darüber hinaus geboten hatte. Sie hatte diverse Touren und Aktivitäten für uns perfekt organisiert und war bei allen Fragen quasi jederzeit erreichbar. Ganz hervorragend, erste Klasse! Dankschön!

The most beautiful apartment with the most wonderful host!

This apartment is absolutely lovely with a fantastic view of Mt. Etna! The terrace was splendid! There just aren’t enough words to describe the terrace. Gorgeous! We ate several breakfasts on it and a few dinners. All of the furnishings are beautiful. So well appointed. It is pristine clean. The host, Elisabeth, was honestly THE best we have ever had. She was so helpful with suggestions of things to do, gave us transport more than once, booked excursions for us- really made our trip so perfect! Her responses were so rapid and she checked in on us if she didn’t hear from us. The apartment had everything you could possibly wish for- and even some things you didn’t know that you needed- beach towels, a beach bag, many umbrellas, food to prepare several meals!!! There was even a twin sized memory foam mattress that we used on my husbands side of the bed. Elisabeth dropped off a heavy sweater for my husband to wear on our trip up to Mt. Etna where it was chilly. She also dropped off a delicious pasta sauce that she personally shopped for. We LOVED everything about our stay here! To be fair, it is quite an uphill walk to get to the apartment so best to have good knees and feet. But it is Taormina after all! I highly reccomend this apartment!
