Welcome to my Townhouse located on Camelback Ski Mountain in the Poconos. The house location is only 150ft away from the Ski Slopes entrance and only a few minutes away from all the Attractions located on Camelback Mountain.Enjoy a nice relaxing getaway in my all year around house and take advantage of all the attractions the poconos has to offer like Aquatopia Waterpark, CBK Mountain Adventures, Camelbeach Waterpark, Kalahari Waterpark, Mt Airy Casino, Paintball, Rafting and Shopping Outlets

This cozy cabin style townhouse is located in The village at Camelback located right on Camelback Ski Mountain steps away from all the attractions and ski slopes.This house has everything you need to make your trip feel like a home away from home.The house has 4 air conditioning/heating units keeping this house comfortable year round.
Level 1-
The living room has a leather sectional Sofa and 60" smart tv with roku so you can stream your movie.A X-Box 360 is also provided. A blu-tooth sound bar is also provided for music. Get cozy by sitting next to the wood burning fireplace during the cold winter months.

The kitchen is equipped with dishware, cups, utensils, cookware, blender, toaster oven, toaster and a 12 cup coffee maker.
Level 3-( One Bed Room( With door ) and Full Bath.
The bedroom has a Queen size bed and a 40" flat screen tv with Roku.
There is FULL BATH on Level 3 with standing shower.

LEVEL : 2
There are 2 bedrooms located on Level 2

Bedroom #1 - has a king size Bed and a flat screen tv.
Bedroom #2 - has a Two bunk beds ( Each one has twin above full) and full bathroom with a stand up shower. A flat screen tv.
There is one FULL BATH On Level 2 with bath Tub.

Towels, linens and pillows are provided but please bring towels for the pool.

Washer and dryer are provided but you will need to provide your own laundry detergent

The back deck has a propane BBQ grill and table and chairs.There are 2 propane tanks provided but please check that the tank is filled before you start grilling.I supply the tanks not the propane.Enjoy watching deer and turkeys roam the woods from the back deck.

The Parking lot for this unit is located on Camelback Rd right next to the association office and clubhouse ( CLUSTER 1A ) No driving is required to Camelbeach Waterpark, Ski Slopes or the Clubhouse.This house is in the perfect location for everyone to enjoy.

If you have a large group and would need a second house check out my 4 other houses located in the same location..Now all of you can enjoy the mountain and your stay in one location.

The Village at Camelback Clubhouse is a 2 minute walk from my house.The Clubhouse has 2 indoor tennis courts, ping pong,fooseball,fitness room and a basketball hoop.There is also 2 outdoors tennis courts located next to the clubhouse.The sauna and jacuzzi is located in the glass enclosed pool house and are operational during the pool schedule.Sport equipment are provided by the association.

Monday - Thursday 9am - 12pm Lap swimming
12pm - 4:30pm open swimming
This will be SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK.
Facilities close at 5:00pm

Friday - Sunday the pool will be open from 9am - 12pm Lap Swimming
12:00pm to 3:00pm. This will be SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK. Pool attendant will be on duty from 3:00pm to 7:30pm (closing).

The Gym will be open from 9:00am-5:00pm daily

Open 9am-5pm Monday - Thursday
9am - 7:30pm Friday - Sunday
There will be cleaning stations throughout the facilities, please use good hygiene practices and wipe all equipment down after each use!

This complex is located in a gated community ( GATE B ) with 24 hour Security Patrol.
