Messaging the number resulted in refusal to provide check-in instructions and prompted me once again to register with their site for all visitor info and instructions. "We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with plenty of space to relax after a long day. The property was well-maintained, and everything in the room was in good condition. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The only downside was that the parking situation was a bit confusing at first and could use better signage or clearer instructions. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely consider staying here again."

"We loved the industrial vibe of the room. Housekeeping did not make up bed or leave washcloths when requested. Had to ask for more coffee cups, as we were out and they were not replaced. Went down to the restaurant/bar one afternoon and sat there for 20 minutes and we were totally ignored. We left and went to a restaurant across the street. I understand everyone has bad days, but the focus didn’t seem to be on the customer. If in the area, I don’t think we would try them again."
