"When we arrived at the Beachcroft we discovered that our twin bedded room was on the first floor. I made a request to change the room to one on the ground floor. The staff set to and prepared a ground floor room and arranged it as twin beds. This was achieved within 10 minutes of my request which I thought was excellent service. "Stayed here over the Festival weekend. Hanger Down House is just south of Arundel and a lovely 20 minute walk into the middle of Arundel. Alison is a lovely welcoming host. The 3 en-suite rooms are in a wing of the family home. Alison made us an amazing full English breakfast every morning in the guest only private breakfast room. "A bargain for Sunday night into Monday morning and right on the doorstep of who I was meeting. Lovely spot right by Chichester Cathedral with underground parking very near and easily accessible presuming you are OK on your legs and don't mind steps. "
