"The hotel was excellent in every way, especially impressed with all the lovely staff. Waiters at steamboat dinner and breakfast were fantastic, so friendly but very professional , nothing was too much trouble. could not fault them in any way. Checkin/checkout staff lovely and welcoming. Concierge staff very helpful and welcoming. Hotel furnishings and atmosphere lovely. Enjoyed the games room and snooker table. "

"Lived our stay at this beautiful hotel. It was close to everything and we walked everywhere. A nice park across the street with a clock tower all lit up. Lots of dining options in the town and the food at the restaurant onsite was good too. Breakfast was plentiful. Small gripe…gym was small and no pool. "
