"There was only ove very soft pillow as not comfortable then had to call the staff to bring more pillows. The point is no lifts for old age or disabilities to get upstairs on the 1st level. No bathrooms in bedrooms as have to go along the hallway also same with kitchen with fridge or microwave oven, kettles."

"A very good motel with exceptional facilities in a great location. The food served in the restaurant was of a high standard. The big horse and the animals on site add extra value and entertainment to all. We stayed in the new block that was not fully complete and, in my opinion, should not have been available to guests. Upon completion it will be a great success. I would definitely stay there again when visiting Tamworth"

"Room was clean and tidy. A bit tired but clean. Staff were good with their directions. Name is a bit odd. Tamworth City Motel but is a drive to the city centre for eating although there are restaurants nearby."

"The room was lovely and clean and the beds were very comfortable. The only problem we had was with the sliding bathroom door, it kept sticking and getting stuck in its pocket cavity. We would stay there again 😁"

"The room amenities on expedia said their was a washer and dryer in the rooms and a kitchenette which was not included, staff were friendly. This was the 2bedroom kitchenette room. Also still waiting on refund. Tv did not work in bedroom."

"This is a motel. It’s average in rating. Stairs to level 1 were a challenge when dragging luggage up and down them. Rooms are comfy and clean except for a few dirty finger prints on the TV cabinet. But because we stayed when there was a regional sports tournament happening we were significantly overcharged for our room. I paid the same amount we’d pay when staying in a 5 star hotel in Bali for a week! - $1200 for 2 nights. The motel clearly isn’t worth $600 a night which only served to leave a...
