Always a pleasure to stay here
Sadly only a two night stay this time - but we love visiting Tamworth and half the reason is staying here at Lae Avenue. Super comfortable and quiet and a lovely area. Hope to be back soon.

This is the second time we have stayed here. It is in a perfect location on the east side. Not far from Woolworths. Dogs are happy in the fully fenced yard. Easy access for elderly. Thanks Carolyn for a lovely stay again 😊

Football weekend
We had a lovely stay at Carolyn’s home. It is comfortable and all the rooms are a great size and nicely appointed. It is in a very quiet part of town, no traffic noise just beautiful birds singing. Very peaceful.

Love this place
This is our second stay at Lae cottage and was so excited to visit again. It’s so comfortable and convenient it does not disappoint - and I look forward another trip to Tamworth as this place is the highlight and so nice to return to after a busy day. Thanks again.

Such a great base to explore Tamworth
Carolyn was so easy and accommodating to deal with. Her home was the perfect home away from home for our group. Comfortable, clean and all the little conveniences like olive oil, glad wrap, bickies and breakfast provisions was so appreciated and made for a very easy and relaxed stay. Great holiday home for family
My partner and I and our teens stayed here in January for the TCMF. The house is very comfortable and clean. Lovely cool place to come home to. Very quiet neighbourhood which is great. We're returning again next year. Loved it.

4 Nights November 22
Recently stayed 4 nights at Lae Avenue Cottage and had a very enjoyable time The house is well laid out with plenty of room and immaculately clean. Bed are comfortable with good pillows The kitchen is well set up and stocked with every utensil you need plus the pantry has all the essentials including brekkie supplies Close to centre of town Deserves it’s excellent ratings Thanks Desley and Rob

Wished we had stayed longer!
We went for a quick trip to Tamworth for a weekend event - and did not spend enough in this lovely home! So cosy and comfortable with all the essentials needed. Great location close to town - would love to stay again.

We loved this cottage! Double secured garage, 3 huge bedrooms, big loungeroom, and everything you could possible want or need for your stay. The owners have thought of everything. It was definitely a home away from home. We will be back.

Beautiful cottage & perfect location
What a beautiful cottage. It was well equipped with everything you could ever need. The location was beautiful and peaceful yet so close to town. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to come back.

Perfect for our needs
We stayed for 2wks for a university placement and the house had everything we needed and was in a great location to town and our placement sites. Everything was clean and in great condition, there were even some fridge and pantry items for use which was a nice surprise. Communication with the owner was easy and everything was easy to find and use in the house. It was helpful that there were multiple sets of keys too. Would stay again!

Central and a home away from home
It was spacious which was perfect for our family. Close to the heart of Tamworth in a quiet peaceful location. A great place to unwind at the end of the day after exploring the area. We enjoyed a day trip to Bundle, Hanging rock and Sheba dam.

Recommended property
The property was perfect, very comfortable and felt like home. It was very clean and had everything you could need whilst away from home. The pantry, fridge and freezer were all stocked with staple items. We had 2 large dogs with us and the yard is 100% secure for small and large dogs. Would definitely stay again if we go back to Tamworth.
