"It was an older house. Could use some updating. Cold A/C and hot water were both on point The area is an older area that the town is trying to re-vamp. So lots of older and newer buildings. The outside of the rental does not make you feel warm and fuzzy, however we had no issues with the area or people around us. It is close to a lot of stuff which made getting around a breeze."

"Rosalinda was quick to reply to my questions and needs. Very sweet woman!I had an issue with the wifi because of a recent storm and she fixed it quick. This place is behind her house, which i loved because I was staying alone and it made me feel safe. The studio is very clean, nicely decorated and has a full kitchen/full size refrigerator! Will definitely stay here again if available."
