Stunning Waterfront 3/2 Home with Private Pool/Dock/Boat Lift and Amazing Views

This completely updated, newly-furnished, open-concept home is sure to make you feel comfortable while enjoying your stay in Apollo Beach. Imagine sipping your morning coffee on the dock, while spotting dolphins or manatee swimming nearby! The home features 3 bedrooms with brand new beds, mattresses and bedding.
The master suite features a king bed, oversized closet, a double shower, and a walk-out to the screened-in pool area. The pool is solar-heated. Second bedroom has a queen bed, and also walks out to the pool. Third bedroom has a queen-sized bed as well.
The kitchen is well-equipped with new appliances, dishes, cookware, and offers beautiful views of the water. Quartz countertops, and a large breakfast bar allow ample seating for everyone.
Large, sliding glass doors span the rear of the home, providing an open, airy feeling at all times of day. Wireless internet is provided, as well as outdoor security cameras and brand new smart tvs throughout the house.
The location is perfect--far enough out of the hustle and bustle of Tampa, yet just a short drive (20 minutes)to the amazing city and all it offers. The beautiful beaches of St.Pete, Anna Maria, Siesta Key and many more are also just a hop, skip and a jump away! Disney, Busch Gardens, Universal and countless other attractions can keep you as busy as you want to be. If golf and fishing are more your style, then Apollo Beach is definitely the place for you!
Feel free to bring your own boat, kayaks, paddle boards, fishing poles, etc. There is plenty of room to store them safely in our 3-car garage!

Great pick for our family

This house was more than we even expected. It the perfect fit for our family. They had plenty of pool toys for the kids to enjoy their time as well. We loved that the neighborhood was quite. We will definitely be returning again!

We loved staying at this rental home! It was updated, very clean, and had all we needed for our vacation, even beach chairs for our beach days and pool toys for the kids, a pleasant surprise! We enjoyed fishing on the dock and caught snook and lady fish and saw dolphin and manatee! We didnā€™t want to leave!

Home Away From Home

This property was truly a gem. Beautiful remodeled property that featured everything you needed for a wonderful stay. The kids really enjoyed the pool and the property manager was very responsive. If you are looking for a nice home in a quite neighborhood then this is the place for you!

Staycation

Very nice home with everything needed to enhance your vacation. Had a staycation and selected this home due to water access and location. Apollo Beach had everything you could need. Ventured to Siesta Key for a day of jet skiing one day then to Tampa for a day on the boat another day. Relaxed in the home to recover and enjoyed great dinners using the large kitchen and nice grill. Would stay here again.

Like new house with Great pool

The house was spacious, newly updated with a brand new kitchen. Huge master bedroom with an awesome double shower. We loved the pool, it was a wonderful 80 degrees. Enjoyed seeing manatees and dolphins nearly every day. Easy walk to restaurants.

Stunning villa in a great location.

The pictures donā€™t do the view out the back justice. We had a fabulous time sitting on the dock watching manatees and dolphins. Neighbour Robert was really helpful and Scott was also on-hand for any concerns. Villa is really well equipped, although we couldnā€™t find an ironing board. The location is ideal for exploring, we visited Anna Maria Island, Clearwater Tarpon Srings, Downtown Tampa, Busch Gardens. But also had some really enjoyable pool days enjoying some peace and quiet. Just around the corner is Finns Dockside bar and grille with fabulous Sunsets. Only comment is outside furniture has seen better days now, but took nothing away from our vacation and would definitely return.

Spring break

We stayed for a week over spring break. The house was a little far from the things we wanted to do. The house was the perfect size for what we needed for 5 people. We cooked most meals and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need. My son enjoyed fishing off the dock and we saw manatees on several different days. The hosts are quick to respond to messages.

Great Vacation Home

My family stayed here for a week. The house had everything we needed. The area was fun to explore. We tried all of the local restaurants. The grocery stores were close to us. We had a problem with the air conditioning when we first got there, but the property manager showed up within 15 minutes and had it fixed for us. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice property in a quiet neighborhood. Solar cover on pool worked great, water temp was mid 80s. Very relaxing. Would stay here again when coming to this area. Many thanks to the hosts.

Very clean and a fun location.

The home spacious and very clean. It is near the park on Tampa Bay which is a great place to walk and enjoy the bay views. The Manatee Viewing Ctr is just up the road and always fun to visit.

Beautiful property & area. Loved watching the Manatees swim by the dock.

Disappointed we had to purchase toilet paper for the week, one would think that would be provided for your stay but only 1 roll in each bath. Master bedroom windows along the side should have a blind to pull down. There was no way to get the curtains to close entirely without leaving a pretty large crack for someone outside to see in directly, and see someone drying outside the shower. We placed a mat on the floor where it was a different level in the kitchen/dine area as it was a bit of a hazard and hard to see the step down, we did trip a couple of times hence the towel. One last thing, we were a little put out by the number of things expected to be done as part of the clean up, eg. strip beds, put out garbage, do laundry etc. thought that's what's covered in the cleaning fee. Despite some of these things we did enjoy our stay,

Wonderful stay

We had a beautiful stay in the property. We had to contact the owners as there was no shade provided by the pool (they had recently removed a shady tree) but the matter was resolved very quickly. The building noise from across the canal was annoying but nothing the owner could have done.

Relaxing view

Our family had a blast relaxing and enjoying the pool and fishing in the afternoon and while we did that we were able to see manitees and dolphins. I really enjoyed opening the patio doors to the master bedroom at night and enjoying the quiet neighborhood. The house has everything we needed and we would love to book again!

We loved staying in this rental! It was clean, convenient, and beautiful. Host got us all the instructions long before we would need them and was accessible anytime I had a question. We would definitely stay again. Loved seeing the water from 2 of the bedrooms.

The Getaway

This place could not have been more perfect for our getaway. We had plenty of space and comfort. Everything was as it was listed and more. We spent quality time on the patio and the deck and enjoyed every minute. Tried our hand at fishing without much luck but did get to see the dolphins playing and some manatee roaming which was super cool. We will definitely be returning to this location next year.

Spring Break to see Grandparent Snow birds

I rented this place because my parents live in a camper for the winter. This gave my family of 5 plenty of room to spend a few quality days with some much needed Grandparent spoiling. My 13 and 11 year old boys loved the fishing rods, even though they didnā€™t catch a thing. My 6 year old daughter grew gills and swam for hours on end. My 3 year son was just happy to throw toys in the pool. Thank you Stu and Kim for sharing your piece of heaven with us. We would love to come back sometime. (The neighbors are even friendly and introduced themselves!) Amazing memories! Oh and the beds were super comfortable!
