Enjoy a polished South Tampa stay in a clean, modern 2-bedroom apartment designed for comfort, convenience, and easy access to the best of the city. With two private king bedrooms, a welcoming living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and access to shared community amenities, this home is a great fit for families, couples, business travelers, or small groups visiting Tampa.



The location places you close to Westshore, Hyde Park, Downtown Tampa, Tampa International Airport, Raymond James Stadium, Amalie Arena, and many of the area’s top restaurants, shops, and attractions.



Please note that this unit does not include a private washer and dryer. Guests may use the onsite pay-per-use laundry facility during their stay.

All shared amenities are managed by building administration and may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, staffing, repairs, weather, or operational changes.



🚗 Parking & Transportation

One parking space is included per reservation. Onsite parking is available, but is subject to availability and building rules. Guests must park only in permitted or designated areas and are responsible for any parking violations, tickets, towing, or fees.

Additional off-site paid parking may be available nearby at the guest’s responsibility.

Rideshare services and public transportation are also available in the area, making it easy to get around Tampa without needing to drive everywhere.

• Check-in begins at 4:00 PM

• Check-out is at 10:00 AM

Early check-in and late check-out may be available depending on the cleaning schedule and availability for an additional fee of $20/hour. Requests must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance.

Unauthorized late check-outs are charged at $100/hour.



🔒 Security Deposit / Damage Protection Requirement

After booking, guests are required to complete one of the following through our Guest App:

• $450 refundable security deposit

OR

• $45 non-refundable damage waiver

The damage waiver covers accidental damages up to $450.

Please note this does not cover smoke remediation cleaning, lost parking tags, fobs, or garage openers. Replacement costs are $200 per item.



🪪 Guest Verification Requirement

For security and property compliance purposes, guests may be required to:

✔ Provide a valid government-issued ID

✔ Complete identity verification through our secure portal

✔ Confirm contact details

✔ Sign a rental agreement prior to arrival

✔ Complete a background screening if required by property management

Verification must be completed within 24 hours of booking. Same-day reservations must complete verification within 1 hour to avoid cancellation.

Check-in instructions may be withheld until verification has been successfully completed.



🚭 House Rules

No Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, including balconies and common areas. Evidence of smoking will result in a $500 fee.

Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are observed daily from 10 PM to 8 AM.

Strict No-Party Policy

Parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are not permitted.

The property includes exterior security cameras and noise monitoring devices. Violations may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund.

• $100 fee per unauthorized guest discovered onsite



🧺 Cleaning & Supplies

A complimentary starter supply of essentials is provided, including:

• Toilet paper

• Paper towels

• Dish detergent pods

• Laundry detergent pods

• Shampoo, conditioner & soap

Additional cleaning charges may apply if the property is left excessively dirty or requires deep cleaning beyond normal turnover service.



🛠 Maintenance & Pest Control

Mandatory pest control service occurs once monthly on a Thursday. Guests must allow access to the apartment during scheduled treatment times.

On rare occasions, maintenance teams may also require access to complete essential repairs or building-related tasks. Refusing scheduled maintenance access may result in a $100 rescheduling fee.



📬 Additional Property Notes

• Mail delivery is not available for guests

• Lost pool wristbands are charged at $50 each

• Individual units may vary slightly in layout, furnishings, decor, and views from listing photos

• Building amenities are managed by the HOA/building management and may occasionally close without notice for maintenance or repairs
