With Bayshore Blvd just steps away and Downtown Tampa a 10 minute drive away, The Adaline's central location is perfect for your next stay in Tampa Bay.

The Space:
This first floor apartment features a fully updated kitchen, new laundry machines, a Queen Bedroom, a Twin Bedroom and a Queen Sized Pullout couch in the living area. This unit can accommodate up to five guests making it the perfect home base for your next trip to Tampa Bay!

There were no details spared in the recent renovation of this Historic flat! In the open concept living space you can find a comfortable Queen Sized Pullout Couch and Smart TV ready for you to entertain. The kitchen is complete with new stainless steel appliances, a Brita water filter and a Keurig Coffee station stocked with a complimentary starter supply of coffee! The primary bedroom features a Queen Sized Bed with the aforementioned Purple Restore mattress, and the secondary bedroom features a Twin Sized Bed. Just outside the upgraded bathroom you'll find brand new compact laundry machines stocked with a starter supply of laundry soap and dryer sheets.

Guest Access:
Guests will receive a 6-digit access code that opens the door to unit. Guests will also receive a 4 digit access code to the building.

The Neighborhood:
Hyde Park is a centrally located, historic district loved by locals and visitors alike. Bayshore Boulevard is right outside your doorstep, known as one of the longest continuous sidewalks in the United States! Bayshore Boulevard is 4.5 miles of scenic views and outdoor exercise equipment paralleling Tampa Bay. Hyde Park Village is an outdoor shopping mall just a 5 minute walk away with dining, shopping and various pop-up events! A variety of parks, Downtown Tampa and the Tampa International Airport are all a 10 minute drive away or less!

Some of our teams' favorite nearby hotspots include Armature Works, Tampa Riverwalk, Sparkman Wharf, Hyde Park Village, SoHo District, Ybor City & Downtown Tampa!

Getting Around:
Hyde Park is a very walkable neighborhood but there are self-service bicycles available for rent on Bayshore Boulevard. There are also electric scooters for rent in the area via any of the scooter rental apps. (Bird, Uber, Lime, etc.) If you are planning on exploring the Tampa Bay Area, there are many car rental storefronts at the airport and in the surrounding area! Tampa has a plethora of street parking, garage parking and pay by app parking.

Other Things to Note:
- PETS: We allow 2 pets per apartment. Our pet fee is $50/pet. We expect all owners to pick up after their pets and supply their own waste bags. Any damages caused by your animal will result in additional fees.
- SMOKING: smoking is strictly prohibited in the unit and on the property grounds. Smoking will result in a $500 fine
- Please note that there are long term tenants that reside on this property and some do have pets
- Pull Out Bed Sheets are located in the built-in shelves next to the laundry machines.
- Private washer and dryer

Awesome Place in Hyde Park

Loved this Adaline apartment for me and my 17 year old son! Everything was super clean, comfortable and very nicely decorated. The location was perfect, as we could walk to Hyde Park Village and Bayshore Dr. I would stay here again and have already recommended it to friends!

Perfect Location

Property is just a block from beautiful Bayshore Blvd. Which is perfect for a walk in either direction. Four blocks from the shopping and dining at Hyde Park and you get to avoid the parking headaches at Hyde Park. Property is full of light from the wall of windows facing the street and decor is modern and functional. Used kitchen for cooking breakfast and it was well stocked.

Great stay! Highly recommend.

We had a great stay! Communication with the owners/managers was fast. The apartment was perfect for 2 adults and a child. Beautiful renovation of this 1920's building and apartments. The unit had everything we needed and the beds were super comfortable. The neighborhood is so cute and convenient to lots of restaurants and shopping and the bay.

Wonderful stay in Hyde Park

The owner of this marvelous place was very engaged and easy to communicate with. The apartment is a light filled collection of rooms that has been lovingly fitted out. The appointments and finishes are deluxe quality from the bedding and window shades to the flatware. Being in historic Hyde park and a half block off the Bayshore sidewalk that runs along the waterway is a marvelous place to get in some steps. 3 minutes from Bern's Steakhouse (arguably the best steak house in the country and don't forget to reserve a table in a dessert room and take a wine tour) and 7 minutes from Henry Plant Park is the perfect place to stay. We will definitely be back to soak up more of Tampa and it's waterfront and this marvelous VRBO.

This is a beautiful apartment in a beautiful neighborhood. We are local Tampa natives and had to get out of our house for a couple of days. I booked this apartment to be close to our home. Our whole family loved it. Quick walk to Hyde Park Village with shopping and lots of dining options and very close to beautiful Bayshore Boulevard. I definitely recommend staying here. You will not be disappointed.

Very well updated, location close to hyde park ā€œsquareā€ and Bayshore, and quiet community made for a wonderful visit w family in the area. The place over-delivered expectations. Well done, quality of entire property update exceeded expectations. Very very nice.
