The space
Whether you're visiting Tampa for work, a weekend getaway, or an extended stay, this private studio has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It's clean, newly renovated, and in a great location—just 15 minutes from Busch Gardens, Adventure Island, ZooTampa, USF, Downtown Tampa, Amalie Arena, Curtis Hixon Park, and the Florida Aquarium. Tampa International Airport and International Plaza are only about 20 minutes away, and Clearwater Beach and St. Pete Beach are an easy 45–60 minute drive.

Sleeping Arrangements:
Get a great night's sleep in the comfortable queen-size bed with fresh linens and pillows. The studio is perfect for solo travelers or couples looking for a quiet place to relax after a day of exploring.

Kitchenette:
The kitchenette has everything you need to make simple meals during your stay, including a full-size refrigerator with freezer, two-burner cooktop, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, cookware, dishes, utensils, and basic cooking essentials. We also provide complimentary coffee and creamers to help you start your morning.

Bathroom:
The bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower along with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, fresh towels, and a hair dryer.

Entertainment & Comfort:
Relax with the Smart TV and high-speed Wi-Fi, whether you're catching up on your favorite shows or getting a little work done. The mini-split AC and heating system lets you easily control the temperature with a remote so you're comfortable year-round.

There is free treet parking right in front of the studio, with a short paved walkway leading to your private entrance.

Other things to note
There is no smoking in the property. Smoking fee of $300 will be charged.

This is unit B of the property. The other unit is the main house. The units are blocked off . This unit does not have access to the amenities of Unit A. Please park on the street anywhere in front of the house, and please do not park on the driveway. There is a paved walkway leading you to your private entrance on the left side of the house with the letter “B” on the door. Enjoy!
