The Space:

You step onto a quiet patio and feel the gentle Florida breeze, the scent of nearby pine mingling with the distant hum of a community lounge. Inside, the open living area invites you to unwind on a plush sofa while the kids claim the spacious bedroom doors. A simple, well‑stocked kitchen promises easy meals, and the soft hum of the washer and dryer lets you refresh your wardrobe without a trip outside.



**Sleeping arrangements**

Four queen bedrooms each enjoy a private full bathroom, giving every guest a quiet place to rest and refresh. The rooms are designed for comfort, with ample closet space and soft lighting that makes winding down effortless.



**Bathrooms**

Four full bathrooms serve the home, each attached to a bedroom. Fresh towels and basic toiletries are provided, and the layout keeps morning routines smooth for families of any size.



**Living area**

The large living room comfortably seats the whole family, with a cozy seating arrangement that encourages movie nights or board games. A breakfast nook in the kitchen and a separate dining area make sharing meals easy, while a small patio off the living room offers outdoor seating for two, perfect for a morning coffee or evening glass of wine.



**Kitchen & dining**

A full kitchen is equipped with the essentials you need to prepare simple meals—stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and cookware. The adjacent breakfast nook and dining table create a relaxed space for casual breakfasts or family dinners.



**Outdoor space**

Step onto the private patio for a quiet spot to enjoy the Florida air. The community’s pool, basketball court, and walking/biking trail provide plenty of options for recreation without leaving the gated grounds.



**Community amenities**

You’ll have exclusive access to the clubhouse lounge, fitness center, pool, basketball court, walking/biking trail, and a shared grill for outdoor cooking. A nearby gym adds extra flexibility for workouts, and the gated community’s security guard ensures a safe, welcoming environment.



**Parking & security**

Three visitor‑labeled parking spots are available on a first‑come, first‑served basis, giving you convenient off‑street parking. The gated entrance and on‑site security guard add an extra layer of peace of mind throughout your stay.



**Location & nearby attractions**

Located in Lutz, the unit sits just five minutes from the University of South Florida campus and eight minutes from MOSI. Busch Gardens Tampa, Takomah Trail Park, and Lettuce Lake Park are all within a short drive, offering a mix of thrills, nature walks, and wildlife spotting. Whether you’re here for a weekend escape or a longer stay, the blend of comfortable interiors and easy access to local highlights makes this simply designed paradise feel like home.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and community amenities.



Feel safe & right at home as you enter the gated community with security guard.



You will have 3 spots available for you to park, not assigned, first come first serve - spots are labeled "Visitor"



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



Please note that the photos displayed for our units are intended to represent the general amenities and features of the properties. However, furnishings, decor, and appliances may vary from what is shown. The images may not accurately reflect the current state of the unit.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $250 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $30 per night (maximum $150 total), which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please note that the community pool and all other community amenities are managed and maintained exclusively by the community. We do not oversee their operation, cleaning schedule, availability, or maintenance. Access to these amenities is subject to the community’s own cleaning, upkeep, and operational hours, and they may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance or other factors outside of our responsibility.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
