  • Enjoy stunning canal views in this updated Tampa Bay side unit, perfect for your next Florida getaway! Located in the beautiful Little Harbor Resort community, this comfortable and clean unit offers everything you need for a relaxing stay, all within walking distance of restaurants, marinas, and resort amenities.



    This cozy unit features two queen beds with pillow-top mattresses, a full bathroom with walk-in shower and handrails, and a mini-fridge and microwave—ideal for morning coffee or snacks. Thoughtful accent touches give it more charm and comfort than a typical hotel room.



    Step outside to watch the Florida sunset, and keep an eye out for manatees or dolphins in the canal behind the building. With convenient front-door parking and a peaceful, scenic setting, this unit makes for an unforgettable stay in Little Harbor.

    **While the resort features a private beach, water access is regulated by the Florida Department of Health. If water quality concerns arise, the department may issue advisories or restrict water access entirely. Please note that the resort, homeowner, and iTrip Orlando have no control over these decisions, and no refunds will be issued as this is a mandate from a federal agency.     ***While this home is pet-friendly, not all pets are accepted. There is a MAXIMUM of 2 pets, no exceptions. Every pet requires:


    • PET FEE: $150 per pet, per 28 nights. This fee is not refundable and is not included in your trip total at the time of booking.


    • Refundable SECURITY DEPOSIT: $500 per pet. This fee is refundable based on the condition of the home after checkout and is not included in your trip total at the time of booking.


    • A completed screening with Pet Profile (link will be shared after booking)


    • Proof of valid rabies vaccination

It was a beautiful place to stay for the very reasonable price. I really enjoyed watching the dolphins play every day just outside our door. The host was easy to get ahold of. It was overall a very nice stay!

Enjoyed the warm weather, very relaxing. Loved the balcony watching the birds, manatees and dolphins every day.

This place was not as advertised! Horrible experience, Room smelled of musty mold and urine. The tub was filling up with water since the stopped couldn't come up and the water constantly dripped. The room was stale and the ac was on but not working.We called and they wanted pictures! How you take photos of smell and ac not blowing cold I have no idea. We left and I lost 350. They say there was nothing wrong when their man showed up after we left. Nobody is on-site to help and we were supposed to wait around while they called their guy to head to the property. We are on a vacation with our grandson and just drove hours...we were supposed to sit our car and wait for someone. And it's a construction zone!DO NOT BOOK HERE!

I booked this property with kids and dogs when I booked and filtered only pet friendly places and was kicked out mid stay because with kids and dogs and no where to go. they said I didn’t say we had dogs when I specifically booked with dogs,

Awesome getaway!

We booked here on a last minute getaway for us. Was a fluke find, but decided to book as it seemed to have everything we were looking for. We are SO glad we did! This was awesome! Location and facilities were wonderful! Condo was clean

Winter Vacation

Everything was great.....our time here was too short. The manitees and dolphins right outside our door was a plus. This was our second visit and was very enjoyable. We will be back!

Nice stay overall

We were pleasantly surprised at the accommodations, resort amenities, and available activities. My feedback for what would’ve been better would be to have the common areas (halls, stairwells, outdoor areas) cleaned more frequently, allow for early checkin/late checkout, and have change machines available for laundry, etc

The grounds were kept up nicely and other buildings were in beautiful condition. However, the building in which we stayed was old and not well maintained. The unit we used was adequate but was not what I consider a vacation experience, especially with its cost.

Great place, but hard to find

Everything about Harbor Inn was great. It is quiet and clean in a good location with activities to do in the area. Finding the place was not eaay. We got, what seemed liked, two addresses and were not sure where to go. After we figured it put, all was good.

Nice for a short stay

Community and restaurants are very cute here. The room and building was nice but not as updated as I had hoped and as it seems in the pics. A bit rundown is all. Unlike others who reviewed, I did not see any bugs at all, hallways were clean, room was clean and all items were available as noted on the listing. Enjoyed the stay especially because it was only for a few days.

Great property, terrible room

Property was great, room was disgusting. Very dirty. Owner should be ashamed of herself. Will go to Property again, but thru private owner we met that seems to care about the room

Cozy stay

This place was quiet and cozy for me and my family! It’s just like a hotel set up! Wish I could have cooked some food for my kids but that’s the only downfall! It has security and a bunch of amenities! A pool tennis a playground etc! 3 restaurants near by that we didn’t visit because we were out and exploring most of the time! There are amazing food trucks right down the street and a coffee food truck too that was great!! Will definitely be back!
