Pessíma Noite!
O objetivo da estadia seria pela proximidade do hotel do aeroporto de Tampa, mas confesso que se fosse possível o cancelamento da reserva, teria feito. O chão do quarto não sei explicar se era sabão ou gordura. Quarto velho precisa de manutenção urgente. Atravessamos o país e foi sem dúvida a pior escolha. Se vc procura por um hotel próximo ao aeroporto para uma noite bem descansada, esse realmente não é a melhor opção. A nota dada pelos demais viajantes não condiz com o local.

Room did not have a closet, just some rings hanging out from the wall with no hangers. The fridge was just sitting on the floor alone next to a wall. They say they have housekeeping but did not come to my room. When I mentioned it to the person at the front desk they said because I had the do not disturb on my door. We took that sign down and was out of our room at 9:30 am. So does this mean they were going to do it at 8am?so apparently they never even tried to go back and look if it was off. Our bathroom sounded like it had a leak every time the people upstairs took a shower. This is also under an underpass and you can hear the cars and motorcycles all night. The big king size bed only had 3 tiny pillows and the room did not have a blow dryer like they advertised. I had to go to the front desk and they gave me more pillows and a blow dryer. They also did not have enough room for parking and people had to double park on the side of the building. I would not recommend or stay at this hotel again.

I loved the cleanness of this hotel! The staff was also very helpful and answered all my questions. I called to let them know I was going to arrive late to do my check in, and they answered the phone quickly and let me know it was okay I get there later in the night.

I stay at La Quinta a lot. I travel alone with a dog and I've always had good luck with them and at a decent price. Great staff, love their beds and showers and i can get s later check out for only $10 more. Can't beat that!

The property has not enough parking space for all the guests and the staff was not really friendly. At the Breakfast the was not enough food so we has to eat pretty much left overs.

When I booked through Expedia I did not see an option for early check in. Immediately after booking, I called the property and gave them my reservation information and asked if I could do early check in. They asked me what time. I told them around 1pm and they said yes. I arrived at the appointed timeframe only to be told that there were no notes in my reservation for early check in. I agreed to pay the $20 fee which I had not been told about previously so I could still check in early. I received a room only a few moments later after being told they had been booked full the night before. I booked a single king bed room and had to get a double queen instead at the same price which was fine. Throughout the night I noticed the floor had not been swept or mopped. The curtains appeared to only have sheer curtains and I later found a set hidden in the back at around midnight. (Thankfully) The parking lot is very cramped with too many spaces in the size lot which still aren’t enough for the amount of rooms they have in the building. Now that I’ve said that, the front desk person (after the original guy I met) was kind and attentive. The breakfast was decent and I was happy to see there were other options that accommodate my allergies. (I didn’t even ask them previously since I figure I can always eat somewhere else) They do have a small convenience section where you can buy drinks and snacks which was very handy to have available.

When we went to check out the guy was outside smoking and it clearly states no smoking. When we told him we were ready to check out he said ok and finished his cigarette. No hurry to take care of his customers at all.

At no fault of the hotel but the person next to me was noisy & disruptive through the night. The website did not mention the hotel having on-going construction however there was a sign at thd front that construction would be taking place between the hours of 9-4. My room lacked proper cleaning after construction, debris & dust still throughout.

Failure on Multiple Levels
I booked a room for the weekend for nearly $300. Online, and on my booking, it clearly states anybody over the age of 18 can check in. Once I arrived, I was informed I could not check in because I was under 21 and gave me no help and had no care to help me with the refund process, additionally, the manager on the property has failed to respond to Hotels.com to provide proper documentation to allow me to obtain my refund so this joke of a property screwed me out of $300. Moreover, I was told it was a common issue and this specific location is the only one you need to be 21 to check in however they had failed to make that clear with booking softwares. Unacceptable.
