Nestled in a neighborhood of million dollar homes! Very comfortable, cozy, complete w/Smart TV Technology, desk work space for the busy executive, as well as full size kitchen . Private courtyard with 6 ft privacy fence with outdoor seating! walk toTampa's Riverwalk , Amalie Arena ( GO BOLTS!), University of Tampa, TheTampa Convention Center, Tampa General and the Downtown area! Private entry with private court yard. Efficiency style set up consisting of a full sized kitchen with full size refrigerator, dishwasher etc. (all inclusive of bedroom and living area and kitchen) , ideal for families needing a full size kitchen or business executive wanting the comforts of home , yet in close walking or a short Uber ride to downtown , the Tampa Convention Center. (There is also an executive desk and workspace with USB ports !).

We stayed here while moving our daughter into U Tampa. Place was perfect and hosts were beyond helpful. They went above and beyond to help us with move in. The house was clean with nice sheets, pillows and towels. We walked everywhere- to campus, to bayshore and to dinner in Hyde Park.

Recuperating from major surgery

I needed to be near Tampa General Hospital and this perfect for many follow up appointments. Only 6 blocks. Clean and neat, no stairs adequately ADA Compliant with grab bars as needed. Well equipped high quality linens, very functional and classy in an adorable neighborhood of historic homes. Close to downtown too. Lovely hosts would definitely recommend.

Perfect spot!!

Second time at Liz & Bob's quaint studio hideaway. We decided it is "our" spot from now on. Great location, beautiful walk to the water, restaurants & shops. Airport is within 20 minutes and Davis Islands around the corner! Thank you!

Great location and super clean

Great weekend stay! Had plans to see concert at Raymond James on Friday and Sunday nights and caught a Rays game on Saturday. Everything we had planned (including Hard rock) was an easy 15 minute drive. Neighborhood was very nice, clean and safe, great restaurants and shopping walking distance to the apartment, which had everything we needed. We had an amazing stay!! Thank you Liz!

This was a great stay for me while going daily to the convention center. I was car free, but took a Lyft/Spin scooter back and forth. Also easily walked to the grocery store and the truly lovely Hyde Park Village for dinner each night. The property was clean and lovely. I spent my evenings on the patio. Everything was great.

Stay in Hyde Park for Women’s Basketball Final Four

We were in Tampa for the Women’s Basketball Final Four and stayed at Liz and Bob’s house in Hyde Park. We had a great stay! The location is fantastic, short walk to downtown Tampa along the bay, and a short walk to Hyde Park Village with lots of food and shopping spots. The area was very safe with lots of people out walking around. The house itself was perfect for the 2 of us. Liz was very helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone.

FANTASTIC!

There is no other way to describe this property, absolutely fantastic. From the booking all the way through leaving today, the communication and the experience is probably been one of the best I have ever had. The property is clean and very inviting. Location is perfect for anywhere you want to be around the classic Tampa neighborhood. It isn’t missing anything. All of the comfort of home. And by the way, the bed is perfect. That is usually one of my biggest issues, not here. The neighborhood is quiet and very near the water. It was nice and easy to just walk everywhere. While walking along the bay, I saw a manatee. How cool is that. I was fortunate to interact with the owners, casually while I was there and they couldn’t have been nicer. If you are going to stay in Tampa, stay here!

This rental is in a perfect location the neighbors were awesome and very fun and friendly Gasparilla was a blast and the walk to it was very short! Absolutely recommend this spot. Th e hosts were so nice and very quick with responding!

Cute studio apartment in a fabulous location in Hyde Park. Communication with the host was excellent! Honestly this was probably the easiest check in that I’ve ever had through a VRBO. Thank goodness for the included parking spot as I had to drive my daughter back and forth to the convention center several times for her music conference. Great stay!

Easy access to unit and parking

It's a great place to kick up your feet and enjoy peace after a busy day. There is an excellent desk/workplace, and the TV is big enough to be enjoyed from the couch or bed. Google map before you come to see the “garage” and find it easier.

Perfect Hyde Park couple spot

We came for a long weekend to visit our daughter who recently moved to the area. This is a perfect spot for a couple. It is furnished with everything one would need for a comfortable stay, and there are many extra thoughtful touches. We especially appreciated the coffee, water, and snacks. Liz is a perfect host and communication with her is timely and easy. Easy walking to Hyde Park Village and Bayshore make it even better. We hope to return.
