The address is #111 at 611 Destiny Dr, Ruskin, FL, 33570, A short two and a half minute walk to Bahia Beach, and The Sunset Grill.Completely furnished with modern Italian furniture, queen bed, tempurpedic mattress, chaise lounge, end tables, lamps, bistro dining set, coffee maker, (bring your favorite K Pods with you), 55" Samsung Smart TV, Renbow vanity, high gloss white cabinet, brushed nickel fixtures, and over-sized tiled shower with room for 2, complete with a hand-held spray head and 3 spa-like body jets. Enjoy the peaceful canal view, watch the sunrise over the mango trees, and watch the dolphins, while relaxing on the patio. This condos meticulous décor will take your vacation to a new level of enjoyment. The location of this condo on the canal side which adds to the already quiet atmosphere of little harbor resort. Truly one of the most peaceful resorts that you will ever visit. With 2 pools, 1 hot tub, 2 restaurants and a white sand beach, you will enjoy socializing with friends and viewing the spectacular sunset from the waterfront tiki bar. We only hope you will enjoy this beautiful resort as much as we have, and this condo is over the top. If you don't end up loving this place, we will be very surprised.

Overall, a positive experience! When we first arrived, there was a terrible smell in the room but later found out it was due to a plumbing issue the whole entire place was having. We ran into the plumbing issue next morning when we went to take a shower and it would not drain properly and flooded portion of the bathroom. I immediately reached out to the property manager of the unit and she went above and beyond to help rectify the issue. The owner even credited us a portion of our stay due to the issue we had. I will definitely book with them again. Top notch service from both the management and owner of the condo. Overall, the condo itself was very beautiful inside. Bathroom was top notch and bed was amazing!

Perfect location if you want to have fishing, food, and drinks right at your fingertips. Bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was amazing! Host is very communicative and goes the extra mile to be helpful. Would definitely stay again!

The location was perfect as we had a family function down the street at The Sunset Grill. Unfortunately upon our arrival at the room there was an “odor” which we described as musky. It had a terrible effect on my sinuses and I notified the owner early the next morning that we would be unable to stay for the second night that I had originally agreed to. We checked out and went to a hotel where we spent the second night. The owner went to the room the next day and told me that she had determined the odor was a type of air freshener. I had no reason to leave the Vrbo as the location was excellent so I had no ulterior motive. We checked out by 10 am and later that day I asked the owner for a refund for the second night but did not get a response. Not sure what is the correct action here is but the odor was intolerable and I did have to pay for a hotel room.

Nice place, easy stay, fun area

The room itself was very clean and easy to access. Everything was within walking distance. (2 bars/restaurants, the pool, hottub, and the beach) The beach is nice but small, however, we liked that it was private and no one else was there but us. The only down side in our opinion is that the pool and hottub are closed after dawn. There is security onsite who enforce this. We were hoping to relax in it at night but it wasn’t a huge inconvenience. The water way behind the location we saw sea life like sharks, fish, stingrays, and manatees. If you like to fish it’s a great place to do so. Hooks, one of the bars/resturants actually cook them for you as well if you’d like which we thought was nice. The other restaurant/bar sunset grill has a dj and dance area if you like to go out. Great food as well. Overall, we had a blast and would recommend this location to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Room- Immediately when opening the door you could smell mold/mildew/musty odor. We left the door open to get fresh air into the room when we were in it, and kept a candle burning to mask the smell. There is chipping paint on the walls and ceiling, and an unfinished hole on the ceiling in the bathroom that is taped up. There was a dead cockroach on the floor. My boyfriend plugged something in behind the bed and we heard a really loud buzzing and smelled an electrical fire so we unplugged it immediately. The bed was soft, but almost felt like it was sagging in some spots. There were hairs on the floor when we came in. You can absolutely tell there is water damage in the unit, behind the baseboards in the bathroom, and on the ceiling in the main room. The fact that they have odor remover items as well as moisture removal items tells me that the owners know there is a moisture problem in the unit itself. The pictures are not accurate-there is no longer a rug, and instead of dual sliding shower doors, there’s a cheap shower curtain hanging and all of the shower faucets/heads have rust all over them. Property- The property grounds are well kept. The pool area is nice, but the hot tub was out of order when we were there. There is only one washer and dryer per building, and our buildings dryer was out of order. The restaurants on site are both very nice, the private beach is lovely. We would return, but we would choose a different room next time.

Little Harbor Beauty

We only had a couple of days in this unit, but we really hated to leave. The bed, the shower, and the resort amenities were exactly what we needed for our short late-winter get-away.

Great location if you want quiet

It was a great location and loved the dolphins out fromt and walking distance to pier and a couple places to eat. The only downfall was the bed was very uncomfortable and the people above us were so loud we barely slept each night. You can hear everything because of the tile floors. Other than that it was nice.

False advertising at its worst!

This property says gorgeous & newly renovated, but it’s far from that. It looks like this was damaged during the hurricanes and never repaired. It appears to be water damage that is dripped down from the ceiling corners. There was a giant patch of what looked to be plastic taped to the ceiling in the bathroom that was painted over. The place had a moldy smell and was dirty. The pictures may show it renovated years ago but not accurate for today.. got there late walked in 20 minutes later walked out after finding a hotel to stay at. I requested a refund they agreed to partial reimbursement minus one night and a cleaning fee. I didn’t stay and yet they want to charge me for a night and a cleaning fee. Cleaning would not help this place. It needs to be gutted and redone. I would never recommend staying at this place and I would never recommend staying with these people at any other establishment they may own. .
