There is parking available in the driveway / carport and on the streets.
You can also uber or lyft to places and activities.
-- No smoking inside the house at any point.

-- Only registered guests may be on the premises at any time (6 Max).

-- No more than 4 vehicles at any point, and cars must be parked in the driveway / on street.

-- The pet fee must be paid prior to your stay. All pets must be house trained and well behaved. Please pick up all pet wastes from the yard and dispose.

-- Parties of any kind are not permitted at the house.

-- Turn AC to 78 degrees and lock all doors before you leave the home.

CANCELLATION POLICY: 100% refund 14 days before check-in; 50% refund 7-14 days before check-in. 7 days or less are non-refundable.
Violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of the reservation and forfeiture of all funds.
