-- Only registered guests may be on the premises at any time (2 Max).

-- No more than 1 vehicles at any point, and cars must be parked in the driveway (left side) / on street.

-- The pet fee must be paid prior to your stay. All pets must be house trained and well behaved. Pets must be leashed outside at all times. Please pick up pet wastes from the yard and dispose, immediately.

-- Parties of any kind are not permitted at the house.

-- Turn AC to 78 degrees and lock all doors before you leave the home.


Violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of the reservation and forfeiture of all funds.
