Welcome to our waterfront retreat in Tampa Bay’s Little Harbor Beach Community Resort. This 3-story townhome features 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, a queen sleeper sofa, and 4 balconies with marina and canal views. Decorated with a coastal touch, it includes a fully equipped kitchen, smart TVs in the living room and bedrooms, a full-size washer and dryer, blow dryer, iron, and ironing board. Parking is convenient with a full garage and covered carport (2 spaces), plus overflow parking nearby. All carpeted areas have been updated to laminate flooring.
