The Space:

You step onto a quiet first‑floor patio, feel the gentle Florida breeze, and hear the distant hum of nearby nature trails. Inside, a bright living area invites you to unwind after a day of exploring, while the open kitchen and dining nook promise easy meals shared with the whole family. We do not provide access to the community's amenities.



Sleeping arrangements

Four spacious queen bedrooms each enjoy a private full bathroom, giving every guest a comfortable retreat. The layout is designed for families or groups, with ample space to spread out and relax.



Living space & outdoor

The living room comfortably seats everyone, perfect for movie nights or board games. A small patio off the lounge offers outdoor seating for two, ideal for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.



Kitchen & dining

A full kitchen comes stocked with the essentials you need to prepare simple meals, from a stovetop to a microwave and basic cookware. The breakfast nook and adjacent dining area make it easy to gather around the table for family breakfasts or dinner conversations.

The unit sits in a clean, easy‑to‑access neighborhood where a nature walk circles the area, inviting leisurely strolls. You’re just minutes from local highlights: the University of South Florida (5 min, 2.2 mi), Museum of Science & Industry (8 min, 4.2 mi), Busch Gardens Tampa (11 min, 4.5 mi), Takomah Trail Park (10 min, 5.1 mi), and Lettuce Lake Park (13 min, 5.9 mi). Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home.



Feel safe & right at home as you enter the gated community with security guard.



You will have 3 spots available for you to park, not assigned, first come first serve - spots are labeled "Visitor". Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



Please note that the photos displayed for our units are intended to represent the general amenities and features of the properties. However, furnishings, decor, and appliances may vary from what is shown. The images may not accurately reflect the current state of the unit.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $30 per night (capped at a maximum of $150). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please note that the community pool and all other community amenities are managed and maintained exclusively by the community. We do not provide access to the community's amenities.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
