We are taking the recommended steps as presented by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) for cleaning, disinfecting and preparing our condo for your arrival. We are following the protocols laid out by the CDC and using the EPA-approved disinfectants for Hard (non-porous) Surfaces, Soft (Porous) Surfaces and Electronics. The linens, towels, bed sheets, etc. are washed per manufacturers guidelines.

Apartment 6 has just finished being remodeled and is on the 2nd floor. Our convenient location to I275 will quickly get you anywhere in Tampa that you need to be. A 15 minute drive can take you to the Tampa Airport, USF,Moffitt Cancer Center and Busch Gardens. The beautiful Gulf Coast beaches are an easy 45 minute day trip.
The Tampa Heights and Seminole Heights neighborhoods have experienced a revival the past 5 years and have become home to some of the trendiest restaurants, bars and breweries in Tampa.
You can "yelp" Seminole heights Tampa  to get an idea of the feel of the neighborhood and I think this one review sums it up pretty well..."it's the perfect balance of grit and creativity. As we speak, this historic neighborhood is in revival. It is transforming from a "has been" into the "now."....." There is still some grit in Seminole Heights as it goes thru this revival, if that's not your thing then you might not like the neighborhood.
