The villa features a fully equipped kitchen with filtered water and ice, a dining table, a Smart TV, high-speed internet, air conditioning, and fans throughout.
Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed for remote work, with dedicated office spaces.
Additional conveniences include a laundry machine and dryer.

This house is composed of two distinct parts.
The first part consists of the living room/kitchen and an independent bedroom with its bathroom.
The second part consists of the two other bedrooms, each with an independent bathroom. These two bedrooms can be connected by a sliding door if guests wish.
Every room has access to the terrace and pool.
The layout of the house offers a great deal of privacy.
Please be considerate of maintaining a peaceful atmosphere in the condominium. There are some condo rules if the guest(s) fails to comply will be a fine to pay.
We provide cleaning service once a week for stays of 4 nights or longer.
