All bedrooms have full-ensuite baths, AC, ceiling fans, and top-quality, comfortable beds/linens. An additional one bedroom casita can be made available for rental for an additional fee per night to make a total of 10 BRs and 10 1/2 BAs. Villa Concha has easy access to the upscale beach town of Tamarindo either via a 2 minute drive or a 10 minute walk, so you can enjoy the privacy, peace and quiet of Playa Langosta and still be within minutes of downtown Tamarindo with its numerous restaurants, bars and vibrant nightlife. Villa Concha features a main, grand living great-room with a comfortable open floor plan and upscale furnishings, a gourmet kitchen, and a dining area with seating for up to 28 people at inside and outside tables. The house is designed for easy inside/outside open-flow to enjoy the serene and direct beachfront view and location with large accordion doors letting in plenty of light and fresh breezes opening the inside out to the outside decks and patios for dining and lounging with a direct picturesque view of the pool, ocean, wildlife sanctuary and surfing waves.

Villa Concha has beautiful features and tropical, contemporary design to maximize enjoyment of the private indoor and outdoor spaces, beachfront location and year round spectacular sunsets and colors! Each bedroom has its own private bathroom and many are also equipped with beautiful private outdoor shower and garden-decor spaces. All bedrooms and interior living spaces have air conditioning. Villa Concha has a beautiful pool and multiple outdoor dining and lounging areas to accommodate large parties. The 10,000 sq ft home can accommodate groups of up to 22-28 persons with all 10 bedrooms making it one of the largest homes available in Tamarindo for vacation rentals! Normal rental is for 9 BRs which accommodates up to 20 persons. This home is designed to host large groups such as families, wedding parties, reunions, receptions, yoga retreats or corporate vacations, with plenty of room to spread out and enjoy time in paradise. Villa Concha Tamarindo is also ideally suited to host wedding ceremonies, functions and receptions given its large outdoor areas and direct beachfront location for peace and quiet.

As you enter this tropical haven, you will be impressed by the open and spacious 150 deg view from the Great-living room with sweeping accordian folding doors to experience the authentic Costa Rican outdoors. The gourmet kitchen decorated with Spanish tiles and granite countertops and a separate bar with icemaker and wine cooler provides all modern conveniences. Throughout the home and outside patios, you will encounter indigenous and exotic pieces of wood and artifacts, paintings and decor, carefully chosen and collected by the owners from around the world. The home offers a beautiful large pool with ample dining and seating areas, an outdoor fire pit, and a Rancho with an outdoor kitchen/ barbecue grill area right next to the pool. Relax around the pool area while you watch the wildlife including regular visits from howler monkeys, resident iguanas, an owl, colorful-singing birds and parrots, and butterflies!

The home has 7 bedrooms in the main house and three separate living spaces or casitas (full apartments with kitchens, living rooms and ocean-view balconies) with 1 BR each clustered near the pool. Typical rental is for 9 BRs, the entire main house and 1 full-apartment upscale casita. However if needed for larger groups, the 2nd full-apartment upscale casita with full kitchen, living room and ocean-view balcony can also be made available to the group as part of the rental for an additional charge. The home is only rented to one party at a time so your group's privacy and comfort will be assured.

Take advantage of our WiFi or leave the world behind and head to the pool with whirlpool jets or walk just steps directly to the soft, white-sand beach with a cold drink in your hands, to feel the warm sun on your skin and sand between your toes to watch the beautiful sunset and different colors as they appear each day! We can assist with concierge services but these are arranged separate from the home rental and not included in the rental pricing. You are also welcome to make your own arrangements for any services you might need during your stay. We have high quality individuals on call to provide your group wonderful relaxing massages on site at the home or on the beach while relaxing and listening to sounds of the waves!

Additional Information:
Children are welcome. Smoking or pets is strictly not allowed in the home. A fine of $700 will be deducted from the damage deposit in addition to damages charged from smoking or pets. Maid service every other day is included. Daily cleaning can be arranged for an additional charge.

For an Event, we only accept groups of a maximum of 85 people. A venue fee is required for events. Please contact us for event fee pricing which is variable depending on the number of persons attending your event. Refundable security deposit raises to $1800 when having an event. After booking we will provide you contact information for concierge services which are handled separately from the home rental and are at an additional cost.

For approved Events- all activities need to be finished at the latest by 11pm (according to Costa Rica Law for the Tamarindo-Langosta Beach Area).
