Casa Tanamera is a private 5-bedroom home located in Hacienda Pinilla’s Reserva de Golf, designed for families or groups seeking space, comfort, and privacy. This is a private home, maintained daily not a hotel or a resort.

The property opens onto a large tropical garden with a private pool and outdoor living areas. Guests have access to the Hacienda Pinilla Beach Club, golf course, and other amenities within the community.

The house accommodates up to 10 guests across five bedrooms (3 king beds, 2 queen beds, 2 twin beds) and 4 bathrooms. The layout allows both shared time and privacy, with generous indoor and outdoor spaces suited to families or small groups. Maximum occupancy is strictly limited to 10 guests, including children.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, stovetop, microwave, and a central island, with multiple dining options including the kitchen bar, indoor dining area and outdoor terrace.

Upstairs, a separate bar area overlooks the TV lounge and includes an additional refrigerator and a Nespresso machine, offering a quieter space for coffee or drinks.

The home is located within Hacienda Pinilla, a secure gated community with 24/7 security, providing a safe and peaceful environment throughout your stay.

High-quality bed linens, bath towels, and beach towels are provided. Additional amenities include high-speed WiFi (500+ Mbps), smart TVs, air conditioning throughout, a washer, a safe, and ironing facilities.

Outdoor amenities include a private pool, barbecue area, and multiple shaded spaces to relax.

Daily housekeeping, breakfast service prepared with your pre-arranged groceries, garden and pool maintenance, and concierge assistance are available. The house is cared for daily by our team, present with discretion. Concierge services can arrange transportation, indoor and outdoor activities, and grocery pre-stocking upon request. A golf cart can also be arranged upon request. Additional fees may apply.

Laundry service is available upon request (one machine load per week included; additional loads $50 each).

The property is located within a protected natural environment where wildlife such as deer, monkeys, raccoons, and parrots may occasionally be seen. Parties and events are not permitted. Any breach of these rules may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.
