The condo has 2 full bathrooms, making it a comfortable option for families, couples traveling together, or groups of friends.

Soundproofed windows throughout make a noticeable difference, allowing guests to enjoy the convenience of central Tamarindo while still having a peaceful and relaxing place to return to.



The fully stocked kitchen includes cookware, dishes, appliances, and practical everyday essentials for preparing meals at home. Guests also appreciate the private laundry area, a generous supply of towels, beach towels, beach chairs, a cooler, an umbrella, and other thoughtful details that make shorter or longer stays easy and comfortable.



One of the condo’s most-loved features is the large private balcony. Quiet, spacious, and comfortably furnished, it is a wonderful place for morning coffee, reading, relaxing after the beach, or enjoying the evening air.



From the balcony and windows, guests may spot birds and other local wildlife. Previous guests have even enjoyed seeing howler monkeys in the nearby trees.
