Our lovely Spanish colonial style villa features:

A front porch on the first level with views of tropical grounds, perfect for reading and starting a relaxed morning with your first cup of coffee.

A spacious master bedroom with a king size bed, a private balcony and an ensuite full bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, a twin-size bunk bed and a full ensuite bathroom.

Fully equipped kitchen with renew cabinets, quartz countertops, stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, blender, toaster and a stock of cooking utensils and dinner ware.

The main floor offers a pleasant living room with a TV, a dining room, storage closets, as well as a half bathroom and a laundry room.

Air conditioning throughout the unit with independent controls for each floor as well as for each bedroom.

WIFI is available in the unit as well as in the pool and BBQ areas

There are 2 barbeque grills with outdoor seating, a spacious swimming pool with a waterfall and loungers to relax, read or sunbath.

Pueblo Colonial is a completely smoke-free community. This means that smoking of any kind is not allowed. If you want to smoke, we kindly ask you to be respectful of your neighbors and do it on the sidewalk.
