This property is two stories, on the first floor you will find the kitchen, living space, a washer & dryer, and half bathroom. On the second floor you will find the two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed, private bathroom,closet space, smart TV, and balcony with a seating. The second bedroom has a queen bed, a private bathroom, and closet space.
All the beds have luxury hotel sheets, duvets, and comfortable mattresses. Pack and play is available upon prior request. Monthly specials do not include electricity

The complex also has a beautiful pool and common area, perfect for guests to lounge around and swim! The complex is also gated and has nightly security, offering safety and comfort to all guests. To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, please respect the following house rules:

Registered Guests: Only registered guests may stay overnight. Additional visitors require prior approval.

Quiet Hours: Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM and be considerate of neighbors.

No Parties: Parties, events, and disruptive gatherings are not permitted.

Smoking: Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the condo.

Pets: Pets are permitted only if approved under the reservation and property policy.

Property Care: Please treat the condo, furniture, linens, and appliances with care. Report any accidental damage promptly.

Pool & Common Areas: Respect condominium regulations, posted pool hours, and shared facilities. No glass containers in the pool area.

Beach & Sand: Please rinse off sand before entering the condo and avoid sitting on furniture with wet clothing.

Air Conditioning: Please turn off the AC when leaving the condo and keep doors and windows closed while it is running.

Trash: Please place garbage in the designated bins and help keep the property clean.

Check-Out: Respect the scheduled checkout time, turn off appliances and AC, and securely lock all doors and windows.
