The Space:

Two-level villa with an open social area indoor / outdoor living with large glass sliding doors that connect the living room, kitchen, dining room and terrace. The first level also includes a guest bathroom, laundry room, and oversized storage cellar. The second floor features an additional TV room which connects the four bedrooms. All bedrooms feature outdoor balconies with the street facing bedroom enjoying the largest covered balcony and planter boxes for rich vegetation. All four bedrooms enjoy en-suite bathrooms and built-in, or walk-in closets.

At Bosques de Pinilla, you’ll find the perfect amenities for you and the family in the impeccably manicured common area. The centerpiece large common area pool and shallow beach area for kids is wrapped by a hardwood sundeck for pool-side lounging. The open-air BBQ and seating area overlooks the pool and features hi+speed internet with comfortable tables and chairs. Owners also have direct access to a fully equipped fitness and yoga room exclusive to the residential.

The Hacienda Pinilla Beach Club sits right on the shores of Playa Avellanas, With an infinity-edge pool looking over the famous surf break of Little Hawaii. The Beach Club has something for everyone whether it's cocktails and or fruit smoothies from the poolside Tiki Bar, kicking back in the poolside sunbeds, surfing one of the world-class breaks of Playa Avellanas, working out in ocean view fitness center, or relaxing with a massage in the wellness center, its the ultimate beach day!

Beach Club has an annual closing in October every year.





Rates are based on up to 10 guests. An additional fee applies per guest after the 10th person, up to the maximum occupancy of the property. Please make sure to include the total number of guests in your booking to receive an accurate quote.

Cancellations made 60 days or more prior to check-in receive a 100% refund, less non-refundable payment-processing fees (approximately 3.9%).

*** Please note that we want all of our guests to enjoy their stay at Casa Palms and Putts . This home is located in a private, gated community with mainly full-time residents and families. There is a VERY STRICT no-noise policy outside between 10p-6a. This is not the house to host a party or event. This home is great for groups of adults and families who respect the neighbors and rules of the community. If you plan to bring a big group to have a party, or large event, or make excessive noise, please reserve another property as the noise will not be tolerated and you will be asked to leave without a refund.***



Interaction with Guests:

At Casa Palms and Putts , our aim is to give you a luxurious hotel feel in a private home setting. We can provide housekeeping services Monday through Saturday for an additional $50 daily (9am - 12pm). You can also include breakfast preparation for a total of $50 daily (7am - 12pm). (no groceries included)
