Recomendo
Tivemos um pequeno problema no check-in porque não encontravam a nossa reserva. Após contato com a Hoteis.com, o problema foi solucionado. Tirando esse pequeno inconveniente, o hotel é muito bom, excelente estrutura, na frente do Mar Morto. Quarto muito bom e café da manhã muito bem servido. Recomendo.

CONHECENDO O MAR MORTO
O hotel tem uma estrutura incrível. Ótimas acomodações. Entretanto os serviços oferecidos pode ser considerado de sofrível. Funcionários mal capacitados e sem habilidades para oferecer seus serviços. Buffet do almoço com péssima comida e sem as ofertas de bebidas que diziam ter. E tudo isso sem nenhuma informação dos funcionários. Portanto é um hotel com ótima estrutura e um péssimo serviço.

It's ok
It's a nice hotel for Israeli standards. There is nothing special about the hotel, rooms are OK and breakfast is also fine. They should definitely hire someone to train the people that work in the front desk, they can be a little bit rude.

What a great surprise!
This was my first stay at an Isrotel hotel after a disastrous experience at Beresheet. It was a very good surprise indeed. Excellent and professional staff, with a smile on the face and eager to help. Very nice food for breakfast and dinner, great swimming pool, large spa. I was very pleased.

Was waiting for a 40 minutes to get a sandwich at the lobby, lobby needs an improvement, should have a fresh pastries, juices , ice cream , cakes to serve a hungry guest immediately and not only after noon . Also , no one is thinking about elderly guest and no help to get to the sea for someone with limited walking ability. Get some golf cart rides and help elderly folks, especially after you false claim that it’s a first line hotel , it’s Not

We had a room for three people. The double bed, mattress and pillows were very comfortable. The third bed (folding sofa) was not prepared and turned out to be very uncomfortable for sleeping. Also, there was no third set in the room (robe, towels, etc.) - I had to ask that everything be prepared for the third person

The staff is very friendly and the spa treatments were really great. We enjoyed the breakfast and dinner the selections were plentiful. After dinner we listen to the entertainer’s interpretation of oldies. We will definitely come back!

Property was very nice clean and renovated. There is a nice big pool and spa which very nice not enough chairs around the pool for the number of people. I would not recommend going to this hotel on a Friday night. The hotel was jammed with families with little kids that were running around the hotel, as if it was her living room. Kicking screaming yelling, and the parents did absolutely nothing to discipline or take care of their children. We left the restaurant with a headache, the pool with a headache and the lobby with a headache if you want to go to this property, make sure you go any day of the week except for Friday night.

A great spot!
A gem of a spot. Its quality comfort with a beautiful pool and excellent food. Its setup where you dont have long walks from your room. Parking is a 5 minute walk and so is the Sea but I enjoyed my stay immensely. We had a couple of hiccups but the hotel responded immediately to rectify them which was impressive

The Hotel is top rated 5 star in everything. Service at the Front desk was above average, the front desk agent was very helpful and professional. Kathy from guest presentation helped us above and beyond, the food was excellent, the staff in all the areas was good professional and service was excellent. Like this hotel and definitely will come back
