"Clean but small rooms, limited gym. Breakfast can be busy"

"Good location , good service"

"I would like to share my honest feedback regarding our stay. Unfortunately, the service has been disappointing from the time we arrived. There was a delay in check-in, which I understood given the hotel’s occupancy, and the staff assisting us was accommodating. However, we also experienced a long wait for our luggage, to the extent that I eventually had to collect the heavy bags myself. "Just the staff was nice and food was ok"

"Need transportation if stay here."

"Excellent all in all, but they kept denying my Grab delivery person entry. 😕"

"Amazing property !! Great stay!"

"Clean room and excellent staff."

"Stayed there every single time, and this is my third time for this year. Every time is also at level 7. First 2 times was good, but not this round. Believe the housekeeping can do a better job. Hairs on wash basins upon checked-in and stains around shower area. Room was dusty as my sensitive nose keep sneezing, don't think hotels nowadays do vacuum the carpet everyday. I spotted my own hair on the carpet (same spot) for the entire stay."

"The staff are so nice! And very clean spaces!"

"New, clean, helpful staff."

"The ball room was good, but the guest room was not so comfortable one, because there were only a few amenities, no slippers in the room, and the carpet was not cleaned well. Meals, including served during wedding party were satisfactory."

"The hotel has excellent internal facilities, but unfortunately the staff is terrible. They seem unwilling to speak English with us and won’t help with even the most basic things. I asked for a fork and was refused — I found that absurd. The hotel itself has a good structure, and the room is small but acceptable. What really bothered me was the staff’s attitude."
