"My second visit to this hotel and I was not disappointed. I always book a room with access to the Club Lounge, as the variety, food and service are excellent. A special shout out to Puspah and the other staff in the Club, as they really look after you. PJ's bar on the roof is very good, plus it has an outdoor space for smokers that doesn't bother other guests. Very convenient for the Paradigm mall if you need to do some shopping or want alternatives to hotel food. "

"I am very happy to stay JW Marriott Kulalumpur. Last 2 time I was stayed at Westin kula lumpur but their service was not up to the mark. Then one of my friend suggest me to stay here. Their service is very remarkable. Specially a Bangladeshi employee ( Md Sohel) is working in room service, his service is very prompt and very helpful also reliable. I really enjoyed my holiday to staying JW Marriot kulalumpur. "

"They provided a baby cot just as expected. It would be nice if all the websites listed this availability though. They provided plenty of waterbottles for our stay, especially since I needed a lot for breastfeeding. Breakfast was ample and delicious. They allowed us to go back and forth for second breakfast during the hours. Using the phone line was a bit confusing though. Very comfortable bedding"

"３泊しましたが、毎日ベッドメイキング、タオル入れ替えに加えて水を２本補給してくださったのが大変よかったです。早朝4時頃のチェックアウトにもご対応いただき、助かりました。海外からの訪問なので勝手がよくわからなかったのですが、アイロン台の使用について貼り紙があれば使用してみたいと思いましたし、夕飯の予約もしていなかったのですが、追加料金を払えば利用できるのかどうかが分かれば嬉しかったです。ホテルとしてはとてもよかったです。"

"Back in KL after 5 years and it was even better than we remember it… especially the set up and service from the staff at the Shangri-La. From the very moment we walked in and all through our stay the staff were brilliant, especially towards our kids who absolutely loved every moment. Little extra touches like cake and balloons for my wife’s birthday made it even better. We’ll definitely be back here for our trip next October! "
