A queen-size bed tucked behind a stylish glass partition with adjustable blinds adds a touch of privacy, and there is a contemporary en suite bathroom with an Italian shower and laundry facilities. The sleek living area features air-conditioning, a single sofa-bed (possible for a third guest for a supplement), a swivel TV (with French and English channels) and a modern kitchen with high-tech appliances including an all-important espresso machine.


Talloires charming centre is on your doorstep, humming with village energy. It’s just a few steps to the bakery, the local grocery store, cafés and restaurants, while the shimmering shores of Lake Annecy lie just a 5-minute stroll away. Explore the nearby Abbaye de Talloires, picnic beside the lake, swim from a pontoon or dive into seasonal watersports - paddleboarding, sailing, wakeboarding and boat rentals await.


The famed cycle path loops around the lake, with easy access from the village. Prefer dry land? Whether you’re starting your day with warm croissants or enjoying a glass of wine on a café terrace as evening nears, every moment is effortlessly charming. In the summer months, look out for the bustling little market taking place on a Thursday morning on your doorstep, a great way to pick up fresh fruit, vegetables, local cheeses, charcuterie, honey, olives and wine.


Just a short stroll away, the shimmering waters of Lake Annecy await. Dive into a world of summer watersports near the plage and sailing club, hire a paddleboard, rent a boat or embark on a thrilling wakeboarding session. For a more tranquil pace, hop on the summer water shuttle to explore the lake or to reach the cobbled streets of Annecy’s old town. A scenic cycle lane runs through the village, encircling the entire lake and offering a leisurely way to soak in the views.

Extra €84 payable to Oliver's Travels with the balance payment. Guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.

Please note that restaurants and other local amenities in the Lake Annecy area may be seasonal (for example, restaurants in Talloires tend to close mid-October for the winter season). Lakeside beach facilities and watersports are also seasonal and summer beach entry fees often apply. This can vary per village/town. Please contact us if further information is needed.

Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, loss of personal belongings, personal liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay.

The studio sleeps 2 guests. There is also a single sofa-bed in the living area, available (on request) for a third guest subject to a supplement - please enquire.
