"We stayed in this lovely newer open-concept home for 4 nights/5 days for a recent wedding. Communication was friendly and immediate. We used only one bedroom which has a private bathroom with tub/shower combo but there is a second bedroom with 2 bunks for 4 more people with a full bath. Plenty of seating at the kitchen island and dining room table. Everything we needed was supplied in the kitchen (pots/pans/cooking utensils) and everything was super clean! "I wanted to tell the host privately but our messages were gone. The place looks clean and neat when you come in. The deeper cleaning needs done. One of the guests dropped something and it went under the bed. There was an inch thick of dust under the beds. One room had a bunch of dusty lumber under it. The stove only had 2 back burners working and the refrigerator had water coming out on the floor. The sides of the washer and dryer were thick with dust and a sock or 2 from previous guests. The...

"Pros: Great location and value for money. Nicely decorated in shabby chic style. 3 beds ranging from soft to firm. Clean, comfy bedding with a variety of pillows. Plenty of towels & wash cloths in bathroom. Good A/C and kitchen amenities. Multiple porch swings. Cons: Thick layer of dust on ceiling fan blades and 1 portable fan. Cobwebs hanging from kitchen blinds. There is a very strong mildew smell that takes a bit to get used to but a large air purifier runs nonstop to take the edge off....

"I recently stayed at this wonderful lakefront home with my son, and it was absolutely perfect. Communication with the host was seamless—clear, friendly, and responsive from start to finish. The location couldn’t have been better—peaceful, beautiful views, and right on the water. The place was clean, well-stocked, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
