*There is a 50" Smart TV that is connected to the wifi guests can watch Youtube videos
*There is an antenna for the local channel but the signal is not that good. Guests must take good care of the TV and the remote control.
*There is no washing machine but there is a nearby laundromat in Ayala district Mall. This is more convenient to the guest and to the owner
*There is a village shuttle van that roams around the village, the guests can ride from the village to Ayala District Mall.
* Guests may also use Grab cars, Taxis or their own vehicles.
