"Very cute cottage, 10 min walk to OSF theaters. It has everything you need - full kitchen, front room, and AC for the hot summers! Owner very kind. Will stay there again!"

"Beautiful home, lovely time. We needed more bedding. Towels were plentiful. Amenities perfect. Very comfortable. Location ideal. We’d love to come back!! "

"Convenient, quiet."

"Had an amazing stay, thank you!"

"This place was a 10/10! Made a big breakfast for my friends. Grocery store very close. I will be returning!"

"This is a beautiful property. The grounds are gorgeous with big lawns, grapevines, and cypress trees. There is a creek running in the edge. There is a large chateau and a smaller carriage house. We stayed in a large studio in the carriage house. It was beautiful, and an easy drive to the center of town for dinner, dessert and a play. My only reasons for not giving it 5 stars is because the water smells funny ( probably well water) , and the tv remote didn’t work. We could turn it on from...

"What a gem! This house is so thoughtfully put together. The kitchen is incredible and made the stay that much better. The back yard was a wonderful place to unwind after a long day and look out into as your are making dinner. We all slept so peacefully on the comfy spacious beds. We will happily come back to enjoy this amazing home."

"This is a WONDERFUL place to stay at during a visit to Ashland. Perfect for two adults. Four would be tight, but workable if you know each other well. The place was clean and well prepped. Easy walking distance to the OSF theaters as well to the Railroad area for Noble coffee and additional food opportunities. Sarah, one of the owners, was quite helpful and extremely friendly. This is one of the best places to stay in Ashland. 10 out of 10 rating! We have already signed on to come back next...

"The area is nice it’s near town. The house isn’t very clean. There’s stains on the carpet, The floor wasn’t clean. The silverware and knife’s played some were not washed they had previous guests stuff in them. The pots don’t work for cooking very well they are pretty old. We found 2 cockroaches in the kitchen unfortunately. The house is nice it just needs more keeping up with and for it to be cleaned."

"This is a great place to stay. Walkable to the theaters and many restaurants. Thank you!"

"Fantasitc stay. I will be looking to stay here again and recommend to family and friends."
