"Good place. Worthies the price. They changed towels everyday, even I trying to position it in a way to demonstrate I would still use it again. However, I fill up a trash basket on the kitchen sink with rest of fruits and they didn't replace the bag for 3 (three) days. So I opened the trash basket lid, so they could see the rest of fruits inside and they still took more 2 days to replace it. Very weird."

"An older motel. Half of the rooms are up a flight of stairs. No porters. Basic, nicely painted, looks rejuvenated room. Enough parking. In room temperature control."

"We only stayed one night on our way to Sky Valley Georgia but, this certainly was a very nice break up for the trip. We enjoyed the gardens and the lodge very much."

The property was gorgeous and even though there was a party in the pavillion, I still enjoyed the pool, the bar, the grounds, and my room was a quiet serenity. "First of all Hamilton, Ga., is a charming small town central to some of the nicest attractions in Georgia, i.e., Providence Canyon State Park (a MUST see), Warm Springs and the Little White House, Callaway Gardens, etc. From Don's greeting at the door upon arrival to looking forward to seeing Judy and Rosemary at breakfast our week long stay at Holly House was outstanding. We love staying at B&Bs when on vacation and this was as good as it gets. The variety at breakfast was excellent and...

"The room was clean, but had problems. The door knob on the bathroom door was loose and barely hanging on. Both faucets were so hard to turn on, I could not do it. The outside door was also hard to enter. The breakfast provided consisted of coffee, orange juice, mini muffins and bananas. That was all. I will never stay at that hotel again."

"I cannot say enough about Pheonix and her staff!!!! EVERYONE, was absolutely amazing, so accomodating and helpful. We were there for my son's turning green ceremony at Ft Benning. All he wanted to do was rest in the room. The staff made sure that happened and that we had fresh towels every day! I will be booking my July stay this week with them!!"

"The hotel was beautifully kept in the period it was built while converting to its current use. The property was very clean and maintained and the staff were very engaging and friendly. The breakfast was good as well. My only grip and this could be personal but the mattress was very soft and a little uncomfortable.... I hate to even write the last part because everything else was so good."

"It’s one of the hotels you walk in and know it was really nice at some point. But the rooms have not been up kept, seating and bedding was dirty and I could tell they had not had a deep cleaning in a while. Breakfast was cheapest you could lay out and didn’t even have coffee creamers or teas out."
