The air-conditioned apartment features 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a laundry area, and a spacious and light open plan kitchen, living, dining area, which opens on to a private terrace - the perfect spot for al-fresco dining and watching Paphos’s most beautiful sunsets.

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob and microwave. All kitchen essentials; crockery, cutlery, glasses, pans and oven wear, are provided for cooking and eating in. There is a kettle, 4 slice toaster, filter coffee machine, and a Tassimo coffee machine for the latte and macchiato lover.

The two bedrooms each have a double bed, therefore sleeping up to four people, and there are two single fold up beds with good comfortable mattresses for a further two people if required. Bedrooms are spacious and have good storage, with plenty of wardrobes and coat hangers. Bed linen is provided and extra bedding, pillows and blankets are available.

The bathroom consists of a walk in rain shower with glass shower screen, toilet and large vanity unit.

There is a small laundry area with a washing machine, iron and ironing board, with use of a clothes airer on the veranda.

Tala Esmie apartment is set within the mature and well maintained private gardens of the Tala Gardens development. The apartment’s large terrace has a stunning view of the Paphos coastline and its suburbs. The terrace is covered but receives plenty of sunlight from early morning to late afternoon. The terrace also overlooks the gardens and communal pool on the Tala Gardens development. There is an outdoor table and seating, drinks cooler and two large beanbags for sunbathing and relaxing with drinks on the veranda. There is also the use of a BBQ and BBQ utensils.

You will have use of the pool area, which is surrounded by flowering shrubs and enjoys stunning sea views. The pool is for use only by Tala Gardens residents. There are plenty of sun loungers, chairs and large umbrellas for a day relaxing by the pool.

To make your luggage a little lighter and to make the apartment feel more like home from home, a hair dryer, beach towels and bath, hand and face towels are provided. There are winter and summer duvets for the cooler months to make your sleep space comfortable. There is a desk space, wireless printer and photocopier, free WiFi, air conditioning, heating, smart TV with English channels and Netflix, a DVD player, a selection of DVD's, books and board games, and Bluetooth music speaker.
