"広くて綺麗でスタッフさんもみんな丁寧でとてもよかったです。温泉も他の宿と提携していて飽きずに楽しめて、ご飯もとても豪華だった。 部屋の窓が少し汚れていたのと、水道が少し古くて？水がすごい跳ねたのが少し嫌でした。 でも全体的にほぼ気にならないほど最高だったのでまた利用したいです！ありがとうございました！！"

"This ryokan was lovely- all the staff were so accommodating and made us feel very special! The ryokan itself is dainty and pleasant. There was public Onsens for women’s and men’s separate (in the women’s there was 1 indoor and 1 outdoor public Onsen with shower room inside). You can also book a private Onsen when you arrive - they have 45 min time slots for 3000 yen! Also very quick walk to Yubatake and the bus station! Would recommend"

"家族3人の温泉旅行で利用。子供と言っても大人。 裏草津なので人の通りが少なく、ちょっと歩けば湯畑に行けて便利な立地。 お昼の12時頃からチェックイン手続き、駐車がお願いでき便利。 スタッフの接客、部屋の手入れが行き届いており印象が良かった。 食事は夕飯、朝食共に美味しくコスパが良い。 残念な点は、ビールの価格が高い、ゲスト用の布団が寝心地、駐車場が遠いのが残念だった。 総合的には満足できる宿泊施設です。"

"This is an amazing place!! I have travelled around Japan for a few weeks and this was definitely one of the best places i stayed for several reasons: 1st- the staff is incredible!! And I mean not just the usual JP politeness , here they were really friendly, supportive and interested - giving a lot of recommendations and showing interest 2nd - they have a great chef that makes each dinner and breakfast a delightful adventure through local cousine 3rd - the beds are super confortable and warm...
