"We stayed at this hotel for two nights and, overall, had a pleasant experience.
PROS:
* Efficient front desk staff.
* The room had laminate wood flooring, which is more hygienic than carpet.
* Good-quality bedding.
* The hotel is located almost next to the central train station, in a quiet and safe area.
* Guests staying in a Privilege room can enjoy a selection of complimentary drinks on an all-you-can-drink basis from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
CONS:
* The towels were not bad, but they were definitely thinner than those provided by the other hotels we stayed at.
* Even in the Privilege room (Room 721), there was no wardrobe and no separate toilet compartment, unlike other hotels in the same category.
* The bathroom sink was small, leaving very little space for toiletries, and there were no hooks or bars to hang bath towels. There was no wall hook for the hand towel either. It had to be hung on a rack under the sink, very close to the floor (unhygienic).
* The hand soap was overly diluted, as if water had been added to it, and the dispenser would splash soap all over the sink when used.
* There were very few places in the room to store or place personal belongings, since many of the shelves and other surfaces were occupied by decorative items.
* At dinner, pay close attention to the portion sizes, which are extremely small. We ordered a Wagyu steak, and it came with only a few vegetables and a single spoonful (!) of mashed potatoes. We left the restaurant still hungry."
