Easily one of my fav hotels around the world!
The hotel location was superb, walkable to XiMenDing shopping street and the train station is just downstairs!
The room was super clean and spacious, stayed on the 3rd floor yet couldn’t hear any sounds from outside - making it a restful and comfy stay. Many shelves and tables available in the room as well.
Guest services were helpful and prompt in providing room amenities whenever requested.
One minor downside is that there were only 3 lifts available across 14 floors and the waiting time for them could take a while especially during peak movement hours (e.g checkin/checkout)
Overall, a really good stay at Sotetsu Grand Fresa XiMen and I’d definitely recommend it to friends visiting Taipei. Thank you for the great hospitality!
