"We arrived after an 80 mile bike ride and were eager to get a shower and a good meal. The team were expecting us and had the key ready; check-in was very welcoming and efficient. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Despite the restaurant being very busy (Saturday 8pm) our meals came without delay and were hot, hearty and very tasty. Wouldnt think twice about staying again next time we're in the area."

"This is such a perfect place to stay, so comfortable, so peaceful and so beautiful. I loved hearing the wind in the trees and the birds singing. The room was super comfy, everything smelled so clean, fresh and lovely from the minute you walked in. "Beautifull venue, great and very friendly personell. Great room. One minor point, we had a room in the attic and with 30+ and only a ventilator is was very very hot for a long time into the night. But that is the only minor point the staff made up for it in friendlyness and service."

"What a fantastic place! It is in a fairy tale setting and the grounds and town are beautiful! Regan is very knowledgeable about the area and gives great recommendations for places to visit and hike. The food is exceptional and the staff warm and friendly. This was our favorite spot on our 2 week long trip. Highly recommended! "

"Stayed on the ground floor. Had a double bed in one room with access to the bathroom. two singles beds sofa comfy chair, tv microwave fridge in another room and access to an outside large patio area.
Beds were very comfy rooms were clean, tea and coffee making facilities were supplied with a bottle of milk left in the fridge for us with 3 bottles of water. Breakfast was great fruit juices, cereals and full English cooked fresh. Will definitely stay here whenever I come back to...
