"This is an outstanding hotel. I regret that either I didn’t notice or it wasn’t posted that the pool and sauna were being renovated. Aside from that, everything was great. "

"Well designed hotel, and the staff were very kind and helpful. We enjoyed the location and neighbourhood as well. However as some others have noted, it is VERY damp and smells musty despite the A/C and fan being on. We were there for one night so it was ok but would not have stayed if longer than that despite how affordable it was. "

"Quite disappointed. My husband suffering from a lot of insect bites on the second last day. We stayed for 4nights. The exterior and lobby is nice but the hotel was not the same.... Found hair on side table and the wall was very very dirty. Makes me super uncomfortable. Alot of the wall in the toilet is very dirty.... I stayed at level3.... The hallway of the hotel room also got a smell... Second last day my husband got so so many bites on his arms and legs. Not sure is bed bugs or what. He woke...

"Overall, the hotel is conveniently located, and I was satisfied with the staff’s service and attitude. However, the room was quite small, and the bed could only be accessed from one side. The bathroom was also not ideal—the bathtub was too high and water easily spilled onto the floor, which could be unsafe. Overall, the stay was acceptable, but there is room for improvement."

"The whole hotel is always very clean and staffs are friendly and helpful. For more than 10 years this hotel is my only choice when I visit Taichung. Their rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast is not fancy but enough of choice and fresh food. 👍👏"
