During the summer months, a must-visit is the public beach at Chamber's Landing, a nice family bike ride away along the bike path, or a quick drive down the road from your home. To the south, Sugar Pine Point State Park awaits; it's also reachable in about ten minutes by car or bike. 3. The fenced yard may not be available depending on snow levels.
4. The use of ANY outdoor firepit or outdoor fireplaces is strictly prohibited at all our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping to keep our community safe from wildfires.

El Dorado County Regulations:
1. Quiet hours must be observed between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.
2. Occupancy is limited between 10 PM and 8 AM.
3. Maximum occupancy is enforced at all times.
4. Any violations may result in a fine.
