Nearby sandy spots like Moon Dunes Beach and Kings Beach State Recreation Area are perfect for swimming, stand-up paddleboarding, kayaking, and boat rentals. In the evenings, head into Kings Beach or Tahoe City for outdoor summer concert series, vibrant farmers markets, and waterfront dining.



Getting Around:

Having a car is recommended to fully experience everything North Lake Tahoe has to offer, from quiet coves to alpine hiking trailheads. The property provides ample driveway and garage parking. For local travel without driving, take advantage of the free TART (Tahoe Truckee Area Regional Transit) bus service and TART Connect microtransit, which service the Kings Beach and Tahoe Vista corridor for trips to beaches, shops, and restaurants.

4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.
