• NO A/C: Like 99% of homes here in Lake Tahoe, this property DOES NOT have air conditioning, but fans are provided.

• PARKING: Limited to 4 vehicles (fewer when snow conditions exist). Street parking is never permitted.

• DISCLOSURES: Must climb stairs to access the single level house. Garage is attached but only accessible from the exterior. Deck is inaccessible due to snow loads/roof shed in the winter months.

Enter an expansive living area that's open to the kitchen and dining, providing seamless access to the deck beyond. The living room features comfortable and plush leather seating for as many as 8 guests including a reclining sectional and a loveseat recliner for 2. The main highlight of this room is the limewashed white rock gas fireplace that goes all the way up to the vaulted ceilings with exposed oak beams. There's a 58" television with Roku above the mantel for streaming your favorite shows and plenty of table and floor lighting so one can kick back and enjoy a good read.

Exit through the large slider doors in the summer to the deck overlooking the forest. Gas grill and umbrella for the patio table so guests can cook up a meal and dine al fresco. There's additional dining at the solid wood table between the kitchen and living area, with seating for 6 plus 4 barstools at the breakfast bar that looks into the kitchen.

The kitchen was designed with big families in mind and provides enough storage space for groceries and goodies aplenty. Although it maintains its original, well-constructed cabinets, it boasts new stainless steel appliances, including a countertop microwave, 4-slice toaster, dishwasher, smooth-surface electric LG range and oven, and a 23-cubic-foot French-door LG refrigerator with bottom freezer.

Down the hall, you'll find all three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The first bedroom, to the left, is set up with not only a queen bed but also a desk space with a roller chair for those who must work while away. The room overlooks the backyard. The lake-themed main bathroom is next and has a tub/shower combination, a clean and tidy vanity, a toilet, plus a laundry area. Adjacent to the bathroom is the 2nd bedroom with a comfy King bed outfitted in bright plaid bedding. This room is decorated with dazzling photos of Lake Tahoe and has a view of the forested backyard.

The primary suite is at the end of the hall. It has a King Bed, a designer headboard, side tables, and a television with a Roku device. The en-suite bathroom continues with a bear theme and has another heat lamp, tub/shower combo, toilet, and single-sink vanity.

A queen-sized, self-inflating air mattress is provided for extra sleeping capacity. Plug it in and blow it up for use in the living room beside the fireplace.

This was a spacious, comfortable home and the view into the forest (with a little creek) from the deck was gorgeous. Dining table, umbrella and plenty of dining chairs. Our kids enjoyed the access to play outside and it was lovely, private, and quiet. The home is very clean, bones are somewhat dated but the appliances, beds, furniture is newer and in great shape. Lots of comfortable seating in the living room, nice dining space, kitchen was equipped well enough to function but missing a few things I'd like to see like medium sized pots, kettle, butter knives, scissors. Beds were quite soft for my liking but very clean linens and still comfortable. One downside for me was there wasn't a lot of natural light inside despite plenty of windows, and two of the wndows had an odd plastic (storm cover?) hanging over them so you couldn't really see out or get air in. (one in main bedroom, one in living space). Plenty of lamps and good indoor lighting though, nice fireplace.

The property was nice for sure and very comfortable. Pros, back looks out to a very peaceful meadow with trees so you really feel like you’re in the mountains. Cons, a little maintenance was needed as the patio table was broken and the bbq was locked up so wasn’t able to use the first night. Easily fixed though. Overall we enjoyed the property.

House accommodated family great! Love the fact it was dog friendly. Neighborhood was very convenient close to rest of our house in Kings Beach and Northstar. Only wishes was for deck to have been cleared but understand snow loads and wish kitchens better stocked with coffee and spices.other than that great place and would stay there again.
