"great and easy location to the ski lift. almost ski in and ski out. so easy for the family to go back and forth. had everything we needed "

"Amazing quiet weekend away from the bustle. The house was neat, clean, and cozy. Great little hikes nearby and beautiful surroundings. Owner was friendly and quick to respond. Would absolutely recommend. "

"We stayed at this property for 4 nights and we unfortunately had some bad experiences, most of which were avoidable by the property managers - we had to deal with mice running around in the house, not cool, not hygienic and freaked everyone out- house was in beaten up shape with need for lots of updates - beds were saggy, couches were old, dinning table seats had no cushions and hurt our butts, drains were clogged- TVs are old and running on not so reliable platforms- Basketball hoops was broken...

Deck with table and chairs was perfect for morning coffee and afternoon drinks, while surrounded by pine trees. Kitchen well stocked with everything needed for meal prep. Close location to excellent hiking, Old Town Truckee, Lake Tahoe area. We definitely plan to be back!"

We really appreciated that all the windows and slider had operational screens and that there were free-standing fans available! Many of the homes we have rented have not had screens (to allow for afternoon cooling without attracting moths and mosquitos in). We also appreciated access to the garage to store our bikes safely. "Very nice home for large groups or families. Having three legit master bedrooms was a very nice touch. Kitchen was well stocked with pans and kitchen gadgets. Hot tub and bbq worked great. Two minor critiques: the downstairs to upstairs is a loft-type design so noise carries, and pool access was in the listing but not actually available for short term guests according to the pool staff. Even if there is a work-around for the pool passes, the pool/resort fee is 24/person - not viable for a large...

"Amazing house for our family reunion. House was stocked with many basic necessities (toilet paper, paper towels, water bottles, shampoo, etc) which made for less trips to Safeway. Owner was quick to respond to questions as well, thanks again!"
