This spacious home is perfect for extended families or small groups. The first floor has an open living space with a wet bar and flat-screen tv making it perfect for game days or cozy movie nights around the wood-burning fireplace. 1. Maximum daytime and nighttime occupancy is 8 adults. While this property can accommodate 12 total guests, no more than 8 adults and 4 children are permitted at the property at any time.
2. Parking for 4 vehicles. Street parking is prohibited year-round.
3. Only one garage bay is available in the winter.
4. This home is located in an area with the potential for a very high snow load. 4WD/AWD with snow tires or chains required during the winter months.
5. The gas grill is only available during the summer months.
6. Please note: The floor plan indicates a large empty room on the main floor adjacent to the full bath. That room is locked and not available to guests.
7. The use of ANY outdoor firepit or outdoor fireplace is strictly prohibited at all our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping to keep our community safe from wildfires.
