We are so glad our guest services communication, your vacation home location, and the house amenities met your expectations. We apologize that you did not have dish soap and detergent upon your arrival. Guests are supposed to receive welcome starter supplies of travel-sized toiletries, dish soap/laundry detergent, and paper supplies for the kitchen and bathroom to get guests through the first night or two of their stay until they can replenish supplies through the rest of their stay. Regarding your maintenance concerns, we have forwarded your review to our Operations team for their review, repair/replacement and quality assurance review. We deeply apologize for your daughter's toe injury and any inconvenience you and your group experienced.

We are glad that the beds were comfortable and the climate control met your expectations and the dining room table worked for your guests. To respond to your amenities concerns, we do our best to advise guests, before their stay, that we are happy to provide them with enough toiletries, paper products and laundry detergent to accommodate them throughout the first day or two of their stay until they are able to get to the grocery store for more supplies. We apologize for the inconvenience that laundry detergent was not replenished in the home before your stay; it should have been available. We will review this with our Housekeeping team. Each guest receives a full set of towels (bath towel, hand towel and wash cloth). We ask that guests please launder towels for their stay and we ask that guests launder towels in the washers and dryers provided in the homes, if needed. Thank you for advising providing a stock pot in the home. We will add this to the requested inventory list. We will meet with our Housekeeping and Operations teams to review your concerns.
